Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Als wir angekommen sind haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, grün und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch mit vielen warmen Farben eingerichtet - perfekt um vom Alltag runterzukommen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durch die drei verschiedenen Ebenen sehr weitläufig. Beim Pool konnten wir nicht feststellen wo wir diesen beheizen können, allerdings waren wir sowieso immer im Whirlpool. Eine für uns an sich perfekte Unterkunft. Wir würden aber maximal 4 Erwachsene empfehlen, da man sich sonst ein Zimmer teilen müsste.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Alles war super schön! Wir hatten einen ganz tollen, sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Der Empfang und auch der Abschied waren sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man so benötigt. Absolute Privatsphäre mitten in einem Olivenhain und gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die Küste, nach Pula, Rovenji, Medulin usw. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz nah. (Tipp von uns: Steakrestaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 Autominuten). Der beheizte Pool und die schöne überdachte Terrasse waren einfach klasse. Dino kam nach vorheriger Anmeldung zum Poolreinigen vorbei. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, Dino und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!!! Vielen lieben Dank noch mal, lieber Dino - auch an deine Frau, für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt :-)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Lidija war rundum super. Wir waren im hinteren Green House, wo wir unseren eigenen kleinen abgetrennten Bereich des Gartens für uns hatten, was besonders mit Hund top war. Ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden, genau wie ein privater Whirlpool und alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht 😊 Lidija hat uns viele Tipps gegeben was man in der Umgebung alles machen kann und uns entsprechende Links geschickt. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden, super freundlich und unkompliziert!

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr angemessen und sehr groß für zwei Personen. Der Pool sowie der Garten waren zur Entspannung perfekt gestaltet. Martin war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles zusammen hat es uns sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und direkt im Nachbarort von Pula. Es ist super ruhig und das Meer ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und das Haus sehr genossen

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Studio conforme au descriptif, tout y est. Anna et Sacha sont des hôtes charmants, toujours aux petits soins. emplacement parfait pour les adeptes de la plage, 10 mn à pied. Le bruit est indépendant de leur volonté : chiens de l'entourage.

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Rovinj verbringen zu dürfen, und es war zweifellos das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – liebevoll gepflegt, mit vielen schattigen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag im Pool verbracht und hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail und der hohe Komfort machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen perfekten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre, und trotzdem ist man nah genug an der Stadt, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Alle wichtigen Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
