Quietly located on the 1st floor of our house, while being close to the old center of Istres, it has a unique view of the Étang de l'Olivier. The 50 m2 accommodation and its terrace have an entrance on the ground floor; it is almost independent of our own accommodation. Ideal for 2–3 people, it can accommodate up to 5.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. However, several aspects of the listing were disappointing. Upon arrival, an unpleasant smell outside prevented us from enjoying the outdoor spaces. Inside, the refrigerator was turned off and contained mold. The shower and its walls were not clean, and the hood had very dirty grilles. In addition, the soundproofing was insufficient, allowing us to hear people upstairs. Although the bed was clean, we only had one bath towel for two people, which is unfortunate. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations.

Excellent stay at Benjamin's place. The accommodation is new, well-equipped and the environment is very quiet. Air conditioning is welcome in hot weather, as it was during my stay. I highly recommend it to the community.

I just spent a few days with my partner in an absolutely wonderful place, a peaceful haven on the edge of the Etang de Berre with breathtaking views. Everything is done in the accommodation to feel good: the amenities are perfect, the bed is very comfortable, the temperature is ideal and Nathalie is very kind and gives plenty of useful tips for a pleasant stay. You can easily eat nearby and walk or swim. We'll be happy to go back.
