Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Istanbul

Great stay. The accommodation is super central – sights, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The apartment itself is stylish and modern, you feel right at home. I would especially like to highlight the very nice hosts, who were always easily accessible and responded quickly to messages – the communication was great! A small minus point: It was quite warm in the accommodation, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not work reliably and was also quite loud. The cleanliness was okay, but did not quite meet the German standard - the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and on the dresser (room divider) there were a few indefinable stains. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable overall and would recommend the accommodation due to the location and the good contact with the host.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—exactly like the photos, if not better. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and Taksim Square, yet tucked away on a quiet street that made it feel peaceful and safe. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay - quick to respond, full of local tips, and even left thoughtful touches like bottled water,. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great (which was a lifesaver in the summer heat).

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and had a generally positive experience. The listing is accurate, and the place actually feels more spacious and welcoming than in the photos. Pros: Great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There's an elevator, which is a big plus. The host’s support team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent — very convenient! Cons: Some of the bathroom fixtures are showing their age (worn faucet, marks on the shower glass). There was no mosquito net in the bedroom, and the air conditioner there was quite noisy. We also noticed some ants in the kitchen during our stay, and the soundproofing could be better — we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly at times. Overall, a solid stay with some minor issues. Would recommend if you're not too sensitive to noise.

I was a little nervous to book with no reviews but don't hesitate. We stayed with two littles and it is kid approved. The location was perfect as a first time visitor to Istanbul and the view was awesome from both the flat and rooftop. The area is walkable with lots of food options and public transport is minutes away. The host is also very responsive and helped us late in the night when we locked ourselves out of the safe. The only thing I wish I had known prior was that cars are not allowed on the street in front of the place, so you do need to walk to the flat from your drop off point. The peninsula hotel nearby is a good place to do that and avoid stairs. Would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay in Istanbul! The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal — very close to the Suleymaniye Mosque and within walking distance to the tram, which can take you anywhere. Serhad was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Each morning we left this very comfortable apartment to easily reach and explore all the jewels of Istanbul. In the evening we would return to our Beyoğlu area to enjoy a meal and drinks with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. The view was great from our balcony and we felt totally safe everywhere we went day or night. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed . Bilge was the perfect host .

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

We had an amazing stay at Seyid’s place! Seyid was super responsive and even let us check in early! We loved how close things were and how walkable the area was.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul.
