Mieszkanie jest małe ale znakomicie umeblowane, jest tam wszystko. Przyjeżdzaliśmy do Stambułu własnym samochodem Ilkan oferuje miejsce na parkingu podziemnym co było super. Ponadto miejsce jest świetnie skomunikowane z wszystkimi atrakcjami, choć my pierwszego dnia do części doszliśmy na piechotę. Polecam każdemu. Katarzyna

Un petit logement très sympa pour voyageur seul, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour tranquillement. Kadiköy est mon quartier préféré d'Istanbul, très vivant sans être trop touristique, avec une quantité énorme de restaurant et bars.

We spent a great week at the flat. It is located very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, while quiet at night. The owner had a table and two chairs installed for us to eat when we noticed there were none in the photos. The bed was ok, the shower great, with hot water, the WiFi and television worked perfectly. The flat is not really equipped to cook. Basics but no more. We missed a kitchen towel, some kitchen paper/ paper napkin and a pair of scissors. There are no curtains but only blinds at the windows, it is therefore bright very early in the morning in the bedroom. The flat otherwise is very cosy, decorated with taste and very comfortable. The terrasse on the roof offers a great view on the Bosphore. Communication with Sibel was smooth but minimal. We did not have the opportunity to meet her. We recommend this flat, bearing in mind the few points mentioned before.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.☺️ Die große Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit bequemen Möbeln und einem großen Badezimmer. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul perfekt nutzen. Adam unser Gastgeber war sehr Verständnisvoll, bemüht und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal an der Reception war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße, Miri und Alex

The place was very clean and matched the photos perfectly. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great experience!

Akin is an amazing person. We landed at 4am in Istanbul and the apartment was being renovated the evening before we arrived and despite check-in being at 4pm Akin did everything to finish, clean the apartment and let us check-in at 6am!! Always answer any query quickly. Recommend us local places to try. The apartment is on a flat area of istanbul there is a lot of shops and restaurants everywhere with every transport at walking distance. The tram is just seconds away way from the building which takes you to the grand bazaar in 5mns and to the blue mosque in 8mns and the underground is 5mns walk away. You can’t go wrong with Akin’s place. I will definitely book Akin’s place next time I come to Istanbul.

Ich war eine Woche in Istanbul es hat alles gepasst wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war aufjedenfall viel besser als eine Hotel.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍

Konaklama boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ev. Ulaşım konusunda gerçekten iyiydi. Metro hemen dibinde. Çevrede migrosjet, eczane, starbucks vs var. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was exactly as described—clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment I booked, Zeynep was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available, responsive, and genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I’m so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Konakladigimiz en temiz, en kendi evimizmis gibi hissettiren evdi diyebilirim. Konum olarak zaten cok iyi havalimanina 5 10 dakika. Site de cok guvenli cok huzurluydu. Giris cikis sorunsuz. Konum itibari ile metroya otobuse her yere cok yakin. Ev sicacikti hava soguk olmasina ragmen. Ve gercekten tertemizdi. evde sigara icilmemesi de cok buyuk bir arti cok guzel kokuyordu ev. Ev sahibi Busra Hanim da gercekten cok nazik cok ilgiliydi her konuda cok yardimci oldu. Tekrardan cok tesekkur ediyorum kendisine :)

We spend 12 days at this place. Deniz has been very friendly and organized. The reception makes the logistics very smooth. The place was clean and close to shopping areas. We will definitely go there again.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Ali Bey’in Karaköy’deki evinde konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Kendisi hem çok kibar hem de inanılmaz misafirperverdi. Ev güzel dizayn edilmiş ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılıyordu. Ali bey ne zaman bir ihtiyacımız olsa hemen yardımcı oldu. Üstelik Burgerlab’dan ikram ettiği hamburger hem sürpriz oldu hem de gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Bizim için çevrede gezebileceğimiz çok güzel bir rota bile hazırladı. Kahve ve çay da ikram etmek istedi ama maalesef zamanımız yetmedi. İş sebepli onlarca Airbnb evlerinde kaldım, en memnuniyeti önemseyen konaklamamdı. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim 👍

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi, kalabalık olmamıza rağmen ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımıza uygun büyüklükteydi. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüştü. Evin bütün imkanlarından yararlandığımız harika bir kaçamak oldu. Kar yağması ve şömine başında oturup odun çıtırtısıyla izlemek bizim için güzel bir anı oldu. Caner bey her zaman hızlı dönüş yaptı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Bu deneyimi tekrar yaşamak isteriz.
