We had a wonderful stay at Ewa’s place! It was well equipped and had everything needed for a week’s stay. The pool and surroundings were lovely and made for a very relaxing time. We hope to be back some day!

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

The Moulin Neuf is a stunning old mill house situated on a river and in extensive grounds. There is a lovely pool area and a serene sitting area to eat al fresco overlooking the waters. The gardens are not manicured and the interiors are quirky, full of historical artifacts, but we loved the ambience. Plenty of parking space and communal living space. The bedrooms are variable.

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

Very peaceful setting in a beautiful garden full of trees and mature plants. The swimming pool is fabulous, very clean and safe. Chateau Bridoire iis very close by which was a wonderful day out for the children. There is a shop and pattiserie/boulangerie in the next village that is very well stocked, it will have everything you need. There is a burger van in the next village on Friday nights, this was recommended by Jérome and we'll worth visiting, proper French style burgers with delicious potato wedges. The weather was very hot for our stay and it was a beautiful time for us. We would like to return. Thank you for a great holiday. X

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

We loved our weekend at Bouniagues Castle. Everything was perfect and Didier gave us a great welcome. It's a very nice place in the Dordogne to discover.

A little corner of paradise at the end of the world😊. Perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant, very easy communication with Olivier, the accommodation is very functional, very well thought out and equipped. Rest assured, you will have a great time.

We had a short family stay at Mathieu's with our 2 children aged 3 and 7. Everything went very well, we were hosted well by Mathieu and his wife, the communication beforehand was very fluid and friendly. We had a lovely stay, the cottage is as advertised and in the photos, it's all beautiful, clean and brand new. Thanks to Mathieu and his family, I recommend it!

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Debbie and Christopher are very hospitable people, the apartment is cozy and we slept very well! The swimming pool is ideal as well as the view of the valley, the welcome package was very much appreciated. We received information about the region and market days. If you are well trained, the challenge is to go cycling with Christopher. We stayed here for a week and will come back when we are in the area. Regards, Monique and Kees

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Very nice house with all the necessary amenities! Well located in the heart of a historic village, very nice walks I would recommned this property

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.
