Yigal was great right from the start of the booking process. Everything was on point. The place was immaculately clean and perfectly suited the needs of our visitors during their stay in Modiin. Excellent value for money.

The apartment is spacious and pleasant, in a quiet and green area, very central, close to everything. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is large Large. Pele is a great host.

Everything was perfect, very friendly host and comfortable apartment as described. Definitely recommended!!! Thank you for everything.

I have never had a more helpful host. Elad went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay he was responsive and proactive. The location is unbeatable, incredible cafes all around and quick walk to the beach. The apartment itself is lovely, the master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. I would say the apartment is most suitable for a couple or a couple plus a small child. You are staying in someone’s lived home, which makes it a unique experience with lots of personal touches and charm but may not be suitable for every sort of traveler. Thank you guys for a wonderful week in Tel Aviv!!

Tamir's place was exactly what I was after. Fairly centrally located with a shopping centre close by and ample public transport options, yet reasonably quite and not too busy in terms of traffic. The place is spacious and has a full kitchen, which was great as it allowed me to enjoy the local ingredients. In terms of communication, Tamir was always quick to respond, and provided friendly answers to my questions, with a can-do attitude. He was accommodation when I wanted to have a couple of friends over, and made me feel at ease in his home, which I was grateful for. The stay at Tamir's place was very pleasant, and I will be sure to keep his place in mind for my next visit. Would recommend!

The place looks exactly like the pictures , the listing owner answered any questions I asked and recommended attractions in the area The most important thing is that everything was clean , it smelled good that there were clean towels coming in without a doubt a fun experience I will come back to this property again. The bed was very comfortable too. And most importantly there was a pizza about 2 minutes away that was open 24/7 so it was good for me that I went in the middle of the night to buy some munchies. Would definitely recommend!

I slept one night. I arrived late. Guy's attitude was great. It was very easy to get there. Parking is very convenient and close to the house. Excellent value for the price.

A beautiful and special home. The photos are accurate ,but the truth is that it looks prettier in real life, with soulful and special items in every corner and a very pleasant atmosphere. A fully equipped and spacious kitchen, with treats like a coffee machine,with capsules and milk left in the fridge.(There is an oven,stove ,microwave, full of dishes ,two large shelves in the fridge and freezer shelf for our use ,no dishwasher) The beds were comfortable (in the house three double beds . Since we were six people -there were a couple of parents in one bed,and teenagers slept two -each in the bed, and two more - on mattresses available for use) There are two showers ,with hot water and a wonderful stream,and two toilets ,one in each bathroom adjacent to the shower,which was very useful for that amount of people. The living room with a sofa that was spacious enough for all of us, and a great variety of channels and movies to choose from . It may be a bit strange to write this ,but apart from being super clean , the apartment smelled great (we already had a less pleasant smelled house...) and it added to the overall plan. In terms of air conditioning - it was so pleasant in the apartment so we didn't even need to turn on one air conditioner during its peak in August , maximum opening the balcony door. The yard is lovely (the girls fell in love with it ) with several comfortable seating areas,and another balcony with a table, with a stunning view, perfect air, and a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for a cup of coffee after a day traveling with the children (or a meal with them...) The location is close and convenient for all trips to the far north region and the color of the Galilee... The conduct and communication with Inbal was easy ,quick and cozy . Two things for attention interested in renting , whichdisturbed us : The landlady asks on the day of arrival to remove shoes when entering the apartment, and watering plants on the inner balcony of the house (since she does not have access to it without entering the way of the house - the plants in the outdoor garden for the house is a drink herself) - we didn't know about it at the time of booking ,which bothered us that we didn't know before booking, and we could decide if it was right for us or not. (We brought our attention to thehope that you will change it in the apartment profile) Secondly ,in terms of the structure of the house - the house is built above another house, like a second floor in the building ,so everything is very close (unlike in a really private house), meaning noises from your direction or music played with the neighbors ,sounded when the windows are open -Inbal assisted this as soon as she could, when we contacted her ,but take into account... .

Eugene provided a pleasant stay for my family. His house is well equipped for young children and provided us with the necessary amenities for our 1.5 year old daughter, as well as plenty of suitable games and entertainment for her and older children. The master bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable and fulfilled our expectations. Eugene was quick to respond to any question we had and was eager to help us with any issue. I highly recommend him and his house for your next family visit to Binyamina or the area.

The place is very cozy and inviting. The check-in is easy and on-location. Plenty of parking, nice surrounding and a playground nearby. It was a great place for a couple looking for a calm long weekend with short hikes within 10 minutes by car. There are some green areas and parks in the area. On weekends there are very few open restaurants and attractions, but there are many options in nearby cities 20 minutes away by car. The kitchen is comfortable but not suitable for cooking full meals, there are few appliances and equipment (like cutlery, bowls, etc.) Israel and Roni are great hosts! Very welcoming and generous. They gave us tips about the area and made us feel at home from the first moment. The communication with before and during the stay was great and quick.

Thank you so much for the lovely hosting, beautiful home, great garden with lots of seating areas and a luxurious Jacuzzi. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it to families and couples.

Best place and Nika is so charming and taking care of people I really recommend

Hosts are attentive to their needs and give a sense of home, along with full privacy. The house is renovated at a really high level. The room is cozy and quiet. There is a nice balcony with a view. There is free parking. The location is superb. Excellent transportation to anywhere outside the city too. The center is a supermarket recreation shopping within walking distance, giving full value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend. I will definitely be back. Thank you for your lovely hospitality. The apartment is stunning - beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, super clean, has great views of Herzliya and the Tel Aviv skyline. It's located in an excellent area - less than 5 mins walk to many shops (including two 24h supermarkets, and a few bakeries), and with easy access to highways and the local shopping mall (by car). Arik is an excellent host - proactive, attentive, and a great communicator. Although we arrived late, he was there to greet us, show us around the apartment and the building, explain where to park, and give us some helpful tips. He also left us some essentials and treats in the fridge. :) Thanks Arik -we will definitely be back!

We are a family of five. We stayed here for a week over the holiday to be closer to friends who live in the area. The house is really nice and the yard is a great bonus! Plenty of space for us to spread out. Lovely neighborhood with plenty to walk to. I went for a walk every morning and ended with coffee at a local shop. Aviram was always responsive when texted and the apartment was adequately outfitted. (I do wish there were extra linens, but we just washed what we were given.)

We had a wonderful time at Nori's place. It is beautiful! Lots of amenities. Excellent communication. A true gem for children, with its well appointed children's play room. We hope to return again, in the near future!!

This is by far the BEST ABNB I've stayed at! You probably think the photos look good but this place is way more gorgeous in real life. Shai and Yarden created a space so welcoming, carefully designed, beautiful without compromising the warmth. The place is like an art gallery, full of air and light, so spacious and so nice to stay that you wouldn't want to go outside. The kitchen is amazing and contains more than you can think of. Shai was super responsive and nice from the very first second we talked, I've met him in person a day before the checkin and was very happy to meet this great guy that was genuinely welcoming. The only problematic thing I can say is that eventually you will need to checkout and get back to your own house :) It was a real pleasure and highly recommended - a true gem.
