This apartment is in a beautiful villa with an amazing view of the mountains and sea. The tiled terrace is spectacular. We could easily walk into town in 5 minutes. Susi was very accommodating as our arrival was effected by a national rail strike.

With shuttle service on request, it was the best option for us to find an overnight stay near the airport. The area is not touristy and very, very pleasant. Accommodation is warm, practical and extremely clean. Thank you!

One of the best Airbnb I have ever been , and definitely my favourite so far in Sicily! Daniela’ apartment has an impeccable taste in term of interior design, every angle of the place are warm and cozy. Beautiful terrace with view over blue colour of sea , was a pleasure for every morning breakfast. The location is perfect for best fish local restaurant in Palermo area. This home is the perfect spot to stay on the west side of Sicily, and Max is a wonderful host! Two bedrooms with a full kitchen, dining table, and private outdoor space…within walking distance of the sea, near Palermo city center, Mondello Beach, and plenty of other notable destinations - what more could you want? We loved coming home to this house after long days of exploring. On Wednesdays there’s a market on the block, where we’d always get the sweetest freshest strawberries we’ve ever had. The restaurants by the sea have some of the best seafood you’ll eat in Sicily. And there’s a long boardwalk nearby that’s perfect for a post-espresso morning walk. Max did a great job making sure this home is comfortable, and he was helpful and welcoming for the entire month-long stay. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay in this charming home in Sferracavallo. Thank you again Max!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Great hosts , excellent comms , responsive and check in process was simple and easy . House was roomy and comfortable . We were using Isola as a base into Palermo , so spent little time during the day at property . House had good access to the train station , just 18 min walk Isola itself a bit disappointing, a little tired and run down in areas and only a small selection of restaurants

Paola’s place is beautiful and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was amazing with views of the old town. Paola was always available when we had questions. Would definitely go back!

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. The view is absolutely incredible. It is only a short walk down to the beach and local amenities. The host was very helpful and reliable. She provided local recommendations and assisted us with transfers from the train station and to the airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to go back!

This place was 10/10. We stopped in Mondello for 2 nights as we are travelling through Sicily and this location was fantastic. Walking distance to the main piazza and beach. All restaurants also within walking distance for whatever you are looking for, a cafe, cornetti or an aperitivo before dinner. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Palermo city which you can take a bus but we opted to drive, parking was ok to find but it is a busy city so may recommend taking the bus. Dario was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, also provided great recommendations in the area. Overall a fantastic experience. Grazie mille Dario!

This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

The apartment and terrace was beautiful and also huge! We could’ve fit another family in there! Giovanni was super sweet and responds immediately and also gave us a really nice list of restaurants in the area. The places we ate from his list were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and Great location. The space far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony in the am and were able to walk to all the sites and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this place. Palermo is a beautiful city and would love to visit again

I stayed in Toni's place for 3 nights. The terraces is a fantastic bonus, perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. The location is great, lots of restaurants around. The steps were not a challenge at all. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very nice accommodation! The place is very central, the apartment is above a bar in a street full of restaurants. This does mean that it can be very noisy at night, until late. Alessandro had, however, very sweetly laid down earplugs. The apartment itself was neat, clean and organized. You have everything you need. Alessandro himself responds quickly and kindly and you get a lot of tips for the area!

Luis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He went out of his way to accomodate us for an early check in as well. The apartment is true to the photos and is quite spacious, has all the necessary amenities, and is a great size for two people. You can definitely tell that lots of care has been taken when putting the apartment together.

The apartment is located a maximum of 10 minutes walk from everything: bus stop, supermarket, cathedral, the palace of the Normans, etc. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. It is true that there is a lot of noise, but it is normal because it is in the heart of the Balarò market. I went alone and never felt unsafe, because there are always a lot of people on the street. Fabrizio replies to messages almost immediately and is always willing to help.
