The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights because our flights was cancelled... I booked and paid all within 10 mins.. This place is literally 5 minutes from the airport which was great since we needed to go right back a day later... I absolutely loved this little place.. It was perfect for 2 ppl... I love the fact that it had extra security keypads! And even a small semi- private patio... Saned was quick to respond, and very helpful.. He gave clear directions to find the place and it was super clean when we arrived!! Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico and it's just my husband & I! This is where we will definitely stay!! It's definitely worth it I promise!

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

Rafael was very kind and proactive. The place had everything you needed, such as beach towels, a pool, a bathroom, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The space was well organized and clean. The atmosphere in the place was beautiful, quiet and with wonderful views. Definitely one of the best experiences that I've had. My companions and I left very satisfied and delighted with the experience.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I am very satisfied, the place is centrally located, close to many places in the metropolitan area. The pool is suitable for 3 or 4 people. The neighborhood is quiet, in general, excellent. Thank you very much Sonia, I hope to return.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. First off, Carol is like super host of the century. Our flight was delayed so we would not be getting in until well after 1 AM. instead of mid day as planned. Carol went and picked up our grocery order!!! And had it all put away and waiting on us when we got in. She also had decorations for all the celebrations we were having (1 birthday, 1 wedding anniversary, and 3 high school graduates) all with little personal touches. So kind and thoughtful!!!. The back yard of the place is amazing and relaxing. Beach is just a short walk down road. At first we were not sure about neighborhood because it was so dark when we got in, but there were kids playing ball and riding bikes on the street. Very safe. The house had amenities that were listed as well. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 7 messy teens, but we did great. Can't thank Carol enough for making our stay so pleasant and easy. You are the best!!!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

Loved the location! Super close to the beach and tons of places to eat, grab coffee, and hang out…all walkable. The area had a great vibe and made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Robinson was so super responsive and helpful. We arrived earlier for check in and we were able to drop our bags off and explore PR. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe and the locals were extremely friendly and told us where to go to truly enjoy PR. We loved the room and its space, especially the lights in the patio when it got dark out. We also loved hearing the coqui and the roosters in the morning lol . Only a 20 min ride to places like La placita, pinones, and other hot places. We would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for any of my peoples.

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at Maria’s place, and won’t be our last. Our late check-in went smoothly. Maria and Modesto are great at communicating and are very helpful. The apartment was super clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We cooked breakfast everyday, and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to be back soon!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

It was a nice little studio, perfect for simply having a place to rest your head and freshen up. The studio only had one small window making it feel a tad bit suffocating, but besides that it felt homey. Loved that they had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella as well as plenty of towels and linens. Would stay here again!

Great experience in this beautiful condo on Isla Verde Beach! Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Great location, easy to navigate to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe and comfortable in the Coral Beach Towers. Very family friendly with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Highly recommend this host and location, as we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and it was the best! Great food and drinks so close that Rey made us aware of. Getting uber rides was no problem while staying here and just about anything from the rainforest to the beach is about 10 minutes! Everyone nearby was very friendly too. Overall a great experience and we would love to come again!
