The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures, full of beautiful and crazy details! The host was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. He gave us many tips, even took care of our car rental and offered a great shuttle service. The handover was in person, everything was spotless. We were absolutely satisfied and would love to come back! We loved it 🥰

Beautiful renovated apartment in the center of Ortigia.

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

We LOVE this house! Very easy to reach all the parts of the Ortigia island. The market, beach, restaurants and bar, but still quiet at night. We love to purchase some fish and ingredients to cook and eat at the kitchen and balcony. Carmi is super helpful and share lots of places to go and eat. Btw, for a 2 women trip, 2 bathrooms and 2 closets are the highlight!

Had pleasant moments staying in this apartment. Good surroundings, easy to reach transport connections, close to the old city center. The beautiful cost line is also nearby.

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

We stayed only for a day, the flat had everything we wanted. We could easily walk to Ortigia and the area is safe as we walked back late at night. Fabio recommended restaurants and they were superb. Recommend this place.

A lovely apartment in a great location, very close to a nice swimming spot. Ortigia is a fascinating place that is well worth a visit. Chiara & Gabriele were very helpful and answered all our questions very helpfully. I hope we can return!

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Ortigia. The place is on a nice quiet street so no crowd noises in the evenings. Loads of restaurants and shops in walkable distance. Ortigia has traffic restrictions so parking is about 20 min walk. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sea is just at the end of the street!

We were guests at Daniela's for the second time. The apartment is large has shabby charm, nothing is new, but it is somehow romantic. The location is perfect and we love the large roof terrace. It is totally quiet and you can hear and see the sea and you are still in the middle of the old town.

The host quickly registered my vehicle to enter and exit ZTL. The interior is not modern, but the location is good. The location of the accommodation is superb. It's especially great for car users. It's walkable from everywhere on Ortigia Island. It's close to the parking lot, it's a minute away from Fishmarket and the Temple of Apollo. A roofed car park was 15 euros a day

Gabriella is a wonderful host, very responsive to queries and recommendations. The apartment is centrally located, clean and tidy with fabulous view and walking distance to everwheres! The bus/rail station is a walkable 15 minutes away for excursions to Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The fish, vegetable and fruit market is opposite to rustle up fresh lunch to be had on the roof terrace. Appreciated the mosquito shutters on the windows! This was our second visit to Ortiga and we are already planning our return and hope to stay at Gabriellas place again.

Martina’s place was very clean and beautiful, I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the place was spacious and homey. The only issue was that the wifi did not work well at all. Other than that, I would stay again.

Comfortable accommodation, located in Syracuse city, far from the chaos of Ortigia, which is still easily accessible by a five-minute drive and a quarter of an hour on foot. Bicycles are also available in the apartment. Vittorio gave us a lot of useful advice about the area and responded promptly to our requests. We felt at home... recommended!

The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

Giovanna’s place was excellent for our 3 day stay in Ortigia! The apartment was clean and even better than the photos. It was in a great location, walkabale to many restaurants, shops and main attractions. Her co worker Nella met us on check in and she was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Lucia's family home. Communication was fantastic from the start but this continued with a catch up to hand over the keys and a tour of her beautiful family home. There were notes left for swim spots, restaurants, must see activities plus a beautiful handwritten book on the island and some welcome goodies. The house itself was huge, with ample room for two adult children with us. Air con was a welcome with temperatures at mid thirty as was the huge outdoor terrace which was used daily. Th kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, lots of equipment. There were games and yoga mats, swim towels and everything you may need plus a selection of items if you had forgotten anything. We worked our way through most of Lucia's restaurant suggestions, all were fabulous. I swam at least twice a day in the crystal clear water 5 minutes from the house. The bus was easy from the airport and we also took the bus to Nato. Thank you Lucia.

A really beautiful apartment in a great location - walkable to restaurants and the sea. Host was super responsive and we got an early check in which was great. The balconies got sun all day and were great spots to watch the sunset. My only slight complaint would be that the shared terrace could do with a bit of up keep (eg replacing the broken sun loungers). Nevertheless, I would defo recommend!! Saw in other reviews there had been some noise complaints but we stayed for 6 nights and did not think it was too noisy - the noise you would expect from such a central apartment. The host also kindly supplies ear plugs.

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

We had an amazing stay and it was perfect for my husband and I, and our 6-year old daughter. We loved the modern look and amenities, the coffee was great, the shower was spacious and private which is rare in Italy, the kitchen was perfect and in great condition, the whole place was very clean, and I loved the bedroom setup because it made opening my small suitcase a breeze. They really thought of everything and it’s amazing to speak and meet with the actual host owners these days instead of third party management. Thank you both for going out of your way to make our stay so great, my daughter says thank you for the cookies and she loved the sofa bed! ☺️

The apartment is very beautiful with a lovely view! We enjoyed our stay very much. On the day of arrival Davide was very helpful giving instructions and local recommendations. Whenever we had a question they responded quickly.
