Delizioso appartamento arredato con stile moderno, situato nel cuore di Ortigia, nella strada principale della città, ricca di negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermarket A 2 passi dal mercato del pesce, dove è possibile acquistare pesce appena pescato, frutta locale e spezie, per poi cucinare il tutto nella confortevole cucina dell'appartamento. A 300 mt. dal solarium sul mare. Vicina ai maggiori punti d'interesse della città, mete di turisti. Situata a circa 200 mt. dalle aree parcheggio.

Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

La casetta è uno splendido appartamento a Ortigia in pieno centro, a 200 m dal Duomo e dal mare. Raggiungibile SOLO a piedi.Appena ristrutturato e ben rifinito, con alti soffitti, aria condizionata ed terrazzino di proprietà che affaccia nel caratteristico cortile antico. Adatto principalmente a coppie. La prenotazione per 2 prevede la sistemazione in letto matrimoniale. Il 3 e4 letto sono in un soppalco abitabile con tv di circa 6mq alto 170 cm. 2 bici disponili. Siete i benvenuti!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale e si presta ad essere la soluzione ideale per visitare Siracusa e tutto il Sud-Est della Sicilia. E' facilissimo raggiungerci in auto e parcheggiare gratuitamente nei dintorni della casa, bus e stazione si trovano a pochi passi dall'alloggio, a piedi potete raggiungere l'Isola di Ortigia che dista 5 minuti, il Parco Archeologico Neapolis e cosi anche la zona centrale dove fare shopping….Vi aspettiamo
