L’appartamento combina la storicità della facciata dell’800 con degli interni confortevoli e moderni. L'appartamento è dotato di un delizioso terrazzino localizzato all'esterno dell'appartamento e raggiungibile con due piani di scalini. Il mare è a 20 metri di distanza e tutte le attrazioni turistiche sono a pochi passi. La zona è estremamente tranquilla e di grande bellezza.
