My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Fabio의 숙소 덕분에 시라쿠사에서 머무는게 너무 좋았어요 이틀밖에 머물지 못해서 너무 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ 도착일 전에 미리 whats app으로 연락과 안내도 친절하게 주고, 주차가 어려울 것 같아 발렛 파킹을 요청했는데 도착 시간에 맞춰 직접 나와주셔서 너무 편하게 숙소에 도착했어요~~ 숙소 보안도 좋고 직접 들어가는 방법도 알려주고 숙소도 설명해주고 지도에 맛집(식당/젤라또/아침) 다 알려주시고 놀거리도 알려주셔서 정말 편했습니다ㅠㅠ 마지막 날에 짐보관도 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요~! 후기가 좋은 이유가 있는 것 같아요! 다음에 시라쿠사에 간다면 또 Fabio의 숙소에 머물고 싶어요!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Ortigia. Obwohl der Markt direkt vor der Haustüre liegt, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, was bei 30 Grad Gold wert war und 2 Bäder. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Um die Ecke sind viele tolle Restaurents und Bars. Für uns einfach perfekt!

Simonetta delivered everything she promised and more. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean quiet and spacious. We like to cook as well as trying restaurants. Everything we needed was there. On arrival we immediately knew we’d made a great choice. A nice touch were “disposable “ slippers and quality towelling robes. Going out was a great experience, the market was practically next door selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, herbs etc. We will come again!

Das Appartement war frisch renoviert, großzügig und mit Blick auf die Ruinen. Alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation,Check in und Out verliefen reibungslos. Cetty hat immer schnell geantwortet. Am Bett lagen Ohrstöpsel,die man allerdings auch brauchte,wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen wollte, ansonsten könnte man die Klimaanlage benutzen. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und die Wohnung war für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt um Ortigia zu erkunden. Vor der Brücke hatten wir direkt am Wasser einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden,dann waren es nur noch 5 Minuten Fußmarsch. Wer nicht die absolute Ruhe sucht wohnt hier perfekt .

the location is exceptional here - we walked 50m to the eastern side of the island to swim every morning, and were then able to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset from the balcony in the afternoons. the apartment itself is nice but a little dated in decor and could have been more stocked. we would have liked to cook, for example, but there was nothing at all -- oil, salt, etc. neither was there washing machine detergent. you're paying for the location and access, however, and on that front it was perfect. check-in was easy, the pin and lockbox made it simpler to leave a key when exploring and swimming, and the host was very helpful and kind. we'd come back!

We loved this apartment in Ortigia! Perfect location right by a cute square with lots of restaurants/shopping and the whole island is walkable. The apartment is very modern, spacious, clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at Paola's place. Ale was always quick to respond to questions we had or address any small issues. The apartment is as described - spacious and light filled. Very comfortable and such a great location close to the water. Very quiet apartment at night yet you're so close to all amenities and many restaurants. We had a great time.

Elisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen zur Wohnung oder für Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich wohl und zu Hause gefühlt im Appartement. Insbesondere das Bett war herausragend gemütlich:)

Merci beaucoup à Marie Christina, une super hôte :) L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Les lits très confortables et l’appartement bien situé pour visiter Syracuse. La vue du balcon est charmante et très agréable.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in a quiet part of Ortigia. It was just a short walk from everything, making it easy to explore and pop back when needed. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Lino was an exceptional host—he went above and beyond helping with transportation from Catania and offering great restaurant recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Andrea made us feel so at home. Not only did he greet us upon arrival, but he also had stocked the kitchen with some speciality food items and wine. He was incredibly responsive and provided us many wonderful local recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location provided a perfect base from which to explore Ortigia.

Great place, could not be more central for restaurants, gelato, pizza. Temple of Apollo etc all just steps away. Communication was easy the the Casa team always responded in a timely manner. Very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, with the right amount of amenities (loved the availability of an iron! ). The location is as described, in an endearing plaza with a fabulous coffee/drink shop next door. (Best cream filled croissants) We saw the picture of the staircase and yes the room is upstairs but I must say that the staircase is not steep at all! I would definitely come back since I appreciated a clean, spacious and tastefully decorated interior with all the right amenities and a great outdoor patio. Thank you to my hosts! Highly recommend.

Excellent location, tucked in a quiet street and close to shops, restaurants and parking. The apartment has a lot of character and natural light. My family of five loved the place. Good sleeping arrangement. Spotless and excellent bathrooms, good water flow, one bathroom has a clean jacuzzi tub. Kitchen is clean and well organised, there's no dishwasher but the drying rack is large and efficient. I will definitely stay here again.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Mariella's place was not only spotless and beautifully furnished, but it was located in an ideal location to fully enjoy and explore Ortigia! The apartment was close to the water and only five minutes' walk from the square. We loved staying there and already plan to return the next time we vacation in Sicily!

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
