Holiday rentals with breakfast in Island of Montreal

Sandie’s place is in a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars to walk to. The house was clean and had a cute kitchen area where I ate the complimentary breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable and quiet so I slept very well. Sandie is such a nice host, and met me at the property when I checked in. She gave lots of local recommendations and even text me a couple times during my stay to make sure I was having a good time. I would definitely stay at Sandie‘s place again.

Brilliant stay with Sandra, we are travelling with 2 very small kids which is always a bit stressful but she was so helpful and made us feel at home. Highly recommend the area, walking distance to park and great places to eat.

Good location, good price

I spent a week with my family in this apartment and we had a great time, especially for the order as it matches the description and the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We'll definitely be back.

It's a good place to stay for a small party, the basement is perfect and well soundproofed!

Tracy's house is clean and well furnished, and in a quiet and safe community. Everything for a short or a long stay is provided in the house. Tracy is very nice and tries to make our stay comfortable.

This was the best airbnb stay my husband & I have ever had. We received the warmest of welcomes from Sandie, a truly engaged host who clearly loves what she does. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, & much more spacious than we expected. Its location in the Plateau neighborhood was perfect for us. A big plus was breakfast each morning in the communal kitchen, where we enjoyed meeting & talking with other guests. As other reviews have mentioned, the delicious aroma of croissants in the oven tells you that breakfast will soon be ready. I should also mention that Maria, Sandie's sweet assistant, is wonderful. I hope to stay here again! Thank you, Sandie!

Nice place, nice host, very affordable

We loved the place. I lived in Verdun for a long time and now that I no longer live there, I like to go back from time to time. The accommodation is close to Wellington Street and a metro station, parking is easy. It was really perfect. A secure code to enter the Airbnb, a code for the room, a clean and modern private bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen where there was more than necessary. Several rooms were booked during our stay, but it remained very quiet, we did not hear the other visitors. Michelle is full of little touches. We loved the place and will come back for our next stays in Verdun without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We went there to bike and the track is right next door. We could do our shopping on foot because everything is close by: grocery store, pharmacy and even pet shop. The place is very quiet. The apartment is very clean and absolutely nothing is missing. A bike shed is even available!!! What about the food generously offered by Adrien so we can have lunch on site. Adrien was always quick to respond when I had questions. Really, I would definitely recommend this place!

Cecilia makes you feel right at home. Her BnB has a convenient location. It’s just a one block walk to the LionelGroulx metro #2 stop that takes you directly to the main train station in downtown Montreal. The number 747 bus is a nonstop ride to/from the airport and takes about 20 minutes. There is a new bakery a block away and it’s a three block walk to the Marché Atwater. One could “graize” for days without ever leaving the market. Around the market, you will find many restaurant choices from a typical diner to high-end foodie choices.

The accommodation was large and well appointed, very convenient, access to the garden is a plus. Very good responsiveness from hosts too.

Roy’s place was perfect for my stay: close to busses and train. His place was perfectly designer for commuters with all the structure for cooking. Besides that Roy shared some of his time sharing about his life and family. Much appreciated!

Ginette and Jean gave us a very warm welcome. Their charming house is tastefully decorated, and the view of the river turn is simply splendid. We enjoyed the interesting and pleasant conversations, always punctuated by Jean's excellent humor, which we could have continued endlessly with pleasure. Not to mention Ginette's excellent recipes, never greedy to recommend the points of interest to discover beyond the most touristic. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary weekend in this beautiful abode and it was a wonderful experience from Isabel and Sylvain's friendly hospitality to their cozy outdoor oasis, complete with a hottub and pool. Their delicious breakfasts were superb! They made us feel comfortable and at home without impinging on our privacy. They are truly super hosts and we intend to return for another getaway! Beautiful old house, well maintained and well positioned, near the river and in the village of L'Épiphanie. Ginette and Jean are very good hosts, interesting and caring. My room overlooked the river and the view was impressive especially during sunsets. I would highly recommend this cottage, I enjoyed it very much.
