Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

The pictures almost do not do this special place justice! The views are spectacular, the building is clean andthe space is well appointed. Jose is a phenomenal host and was extremely quick to respond to all inquiries with friendly and helpful information. One could not get closer to the beach if they tried and we really enjoyed that this stretch of beach was less densely populated so we could really enjoy it peacefully. I would highly recommend this space and will also look to try other spaces hosted by Jose in the future!

We were thoroughly satisfied staying in Marbella Este 1807. Our host, Erick was exceptionally responsive to our needs and got back to us immediately when we reached out to him. We stayed in a high rise residential complex and had a spectacular view of the ocean, beach, pool and surrounding area. I only wished this one bedroom apartment had a King size bed! "Once you've done King, you can't comfortably go back to Queen" We had a wonderful week celebrating our 45th Anniversary at Marbella Este 1807 in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Everything is within walking distance… bars, food, beach, pool, shops. Joseph was accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay there again in my next go around to the island 😊

This was my first time staying at this property and honestly what she has down as apt info doesn't do it justice! (In a GOOD WAY) :) Barbara has thought of every little thing you could want, need and should have in a real home available to whomever stays there, she has EXTRA of EVERYTHING! I was so awesome to see more than one set of towels (8), Beach Towels (6), Sheet Set (1 extra), Everything for beach and extras! Batteries, charges for cells, extensions, bathroon essensials in abundance, cleaning supplies to freshen up home like i had too, specially since i sayed for 14 days. Parking tag & gate clicker, pool crystal clear area exceptional everything you want in the area, aswesome would defenately stay again! a must experience stay to anyone that wants to enjoy out gorgeous Island, proud Puerto Rican and our people.
