A cozy and bright brand new two-room apartment with a great location in the city center. Vaasa railway station 400 m, city center 600 m, nearest grocery store 350 m, 24 Laundry 600 m. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open kitchen with dishes and a green room that functions as a balcony. On the 4th floor of the elevator house. Opposite the house is a large affordable parking space. SMOKING AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.
