Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Is Molas

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Soggiorno perfetto.. appena fuori il centro di Pula (raggiungibile a piedi), con comodo parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Casa pulita, in ordine e con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa propria (presenti utensili per cucinare, olio sale caffè, ombrellone con sedia sdraio). La casa è dotata di aria condizionata ma non è stata necessaria in quanto la casa si mantiene fresca la sera. Ultimo ma non meno importante, flessibilità su orario check in e out. Wir hatten eine rundum wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Guido und Luisa. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im Ort, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der liebevoll gestalteten Außenküche – sie wurde schnell zu unserem Lieblingsplatz und war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Auch die Außendusche war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Empfehlungen von Guido und Luisa zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und anderen Highlights in der Umgebung waren äußerst hilfreich und haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Insgesamt hatten wir eine großartige Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus auf Sardinien. Wir waren zu viert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage nah am Strand war einfach perfekt. Enrico war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestra estancia en Calaverde, cerca de hermosas playas . La casa tiene todos los detalles y comodidades para que la estadía sea excelente. Nos esperó con masas, desayuno, vino , helado etc,...esto demuestra que le importa mucho sus huéspedes. Siempre nos respondió en el acto cualquier duda o solicitud que le hacíamos. Eramos 2 matrimonios y el hecho de que uno de los baños no tuvierq ducha no fue un inconveniente ya que la ducha de afuera fue perfecta para poder bañarnos con comodidad. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar fue que no podes llegar con el auto hasta la casa y el acceso con valijas por un camino desparejo de lajas fue algo dificultoso, esto es del barrio y no de Ludovica. Muchas gracias por todo!!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly and responded quickly to any questions. 5 stars from us-thank you Lucio and Silvia! Grazie x

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Appartamento bellissimo nuovo e molto pulito, arredato con ottimo gusto dove nulla è lasciato al caso. La terrazza poi è la ciliegina sulla torta. Io non vedo l’ora di tornarci!!! A 30 metri c’è anche un parcheggio gratuito. La padrona di casa un host impeccabile. Grazie davvero un bel soggiorno a presto

So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Samantha und Maurizio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern & Samantha ist so freundlich. Sie hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich empfangen & uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt. Außerdem hat sie uns super viele Empfehlungen, sei es stände, Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., am ersten Tag geschickt. Die Empfehlungen waren so hilfreich, wir haben jede einzelne genossen. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Airbnb mit tollen Vermietern, was zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden kann… wir würden nochmal wieder kommen ☺️☺️

Super miejsce, cudowny taras z pięknym widokiem, miejsce przestronne, wygodne, okolica rewelacyjna, łóżko wygodne, wszystko co niezbędne znajduje się w mieszkaniu, wszędzie blisko. W centralnym miejscu miasta, wiele atrakcji w okolicy. Bardzo nam się podobało!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Een zeer mooi appartement te betreden via een binnenplaats. Heel smaakvol ingericht, alsof je in een palazzo zit. De locatie is goed te bereiken en binnen 20 minuten kun je in Cagliari komen. Dorp zelf heeft genoeg winkels en restaurants. Echt een fijne plek om de omgeving te verkennen.

Super cute rustic place to stay, centrally located and easy to get around and walk through the city. Bernadette was super responsive and check in was easy. The only thing is the door was kind of hard to unlock but I think that’s all Italian doors. Clean place, beautifully decorated and spacious. We accidentally slept in on our day of check out and Bernadette was very nice about it

Jennifer hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Besonders hervorheben möchte das es sehr sauber war und es immer toll gerochen hat. Auf der Dachterasse lassen sich bestimmt schöne Abend verbringen wir hatten leider nicht die Zeit dazu. Jennifer ihrer Unterkünfte kann ich klar empfehlen.
