Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Many activities less than a 45min drive, Prince Gallitzin (Snowmobile, horse trails) State park is only 10min away, Rock Run ATV Park 10min drive, number of breweries & wineries 10-20min. ATV trail access from the farm!

If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

The screened in porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and watch for deer that come up in the yard.
