David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful experience. The beds were so comfortable, the continental breakfast was perfect, and the patios were private and peaceful. Ollie was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations! Thanks Ollie!

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

This place was perfect for our family! My husband always has a difficult time sleeping away from home, but he didn’t have trouble sleeping here! The beds are super comfortable, along with the linens, pillows, etc. We were able to get great use out of the wagon and boogie boards. I loved the location; we walked to the beach in under 10min, walked to the grocery store, and of course my husband enjoyed his morning walk to Starbucks every morning. The kitchen had a beautiful gas stove where we enjoyed cooking every night. Greg, I can’t thank you enough for our best family trip yet!!!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The 2 bed, 2 bath setup was perfect. The couches were super comfortable, and the view of the beach from the balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do in the area, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. You really can’t beat the location—just minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium and close to everything we needed. Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever!

We met Cathy at check in and she welcomed us right in. Very friendly. She was willing to look for an extra controller for gaming but there was no need because it was a great day to spend at the beach. The photos do not do this place justice. It is super peaceful. We listened to the sound of the waves throughout our stay and we enjoyed cooking. We didn’t even want to leave the condo for dinner. It was beyond amazing. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. Truly a 5 star stay with everything you need for the beach. We took the wagon which was super helpful. The view is even better than the photos. Cannot wait to go back with my family. The furniture was also high end and high quality. Cathy was very responsive which is always super helpful when you are staying at an Airbnb. I still dream of this place!

We loved staying here for our post cruise cool down. It was quiet and clean. The showers felt like a spa. Everything you need to cook a meal was present. We read reviews so we knew in advance to make sure we had a rental to get to shops and restaurants nearby. The beach towards the bay is perfect, clean and quiet! Great for kids! The beach facing the ocean, not that exciting…a quick learning lesson for my 4 year old on how to protect the environment :)! We went to seal beach one night and had dinner & ice cream… it was a wonderful time. We will book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—close to some restaurants and small businesses, making it super convenient to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful, stylishly decorated, and spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and thoughtful little touches throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Great for my ladies’ weekend. The location is lively. Lots of restaurants and happenings. The host was very proactive. It made it easy to reach and I felt very welcome.

Absolutely LOVED. One of my favorites so far. Super clean, ALL the details, PERFECT location. Comfy beds, lots of light, open spaces, gorgeous views. Coffee bar was A +, .....do I need to mention the Toto toilet??! Now I want one! Kitchen was wonderful for me (we stayed all week and I cook often for the family). Great fishing right off the beach across the street (my 16 year old is a fisherman and was in heaven). 30 minutes from Disneyland via Uber (no need for a rental car). Often little electric scooters are near the house for lazy teenagers (lol) and tired feet. Many doors and windows to open if you like fresh air. Everything was thought of. 5+ stars all the way.

We loved our stay here. You really can't beat the location as it's walking distance to everything you can imagine. We traveled with 3 small kids and I can't tell you how convenient it was to have a playground a couple hundred feet away. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, and we enjoyed sitting on The patio enjoying the view. My only feedback is around the propane tank for the Firepit. It ran our day 1 and we were told the condo doesn't supply propane for guests. Kinda a bummer but it was easy to swap out at Pavillions down the street. Also, if you're here longer than a night, you'll have to supply your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. None of these were a deal breaker but felt others should know when booking. Loved this place and would even book it again!

Words cannot describe how great Julie‘s home is. On multiple occasions an individual (and their cute dog) stopped to chat and share their memorable experiences residing, renting or simply enjoying this same location. Many people also shared how wonderful Julie and her husband are. The dog parade along the boardwalk is worth it alone. It is deceivingly large. The beds, linens, towels, and overall interior was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Julie‘s property. We would stay again and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

We rent in Newport Beach a couple times a year and other than beachfront, this is one of the best locations! Close to the pier, shopping, beach and Balboa. Darren was easy to work with and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The parking spot is a bit narrow for larger vehicles but we easily found parking in the street next to the apartment. TV’s in every room and even had a/c. Thanks Darren!

Easy to find location, close to 2nd street and the beach. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery. House was clean and fit the description posted. Response was quick when needed. Will book again if in the area

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

Location, location, location! Nico goes the extra mile to provide a home away from home experience in the heart of Downtown Long Beach with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center in lovely historic Cooper Arms Building. Pillow top queen with fine linens made for the best sleep. Plush towels, microwave, refrigerator, and all the minor details were taken care of such as luggage rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Super cozy and feather and down loveseat was a plus for added comfort! Stayed for work, but felt like it was for pleasure!! Will come again!!

Really nice place with a lot of amenities and really quick response time. Parking is definitely a little difficult in the evening, but other than that it was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The location was perfect. We were able to walk along the beach every morning. We were also just a short walk to the dog beach where we exercised our dog. I loved that it was within walking distance to downtown to grab food but in a quiet and family friendly residential neighborhood. The place had everything we need. So many thoughtful touches. A bottle of wine and snacks greeted us upon arrival. In the garage was everything we needed if we wanted to have a beach day. The condo was clean, warm, and cozy. Our family immensely enjoyed the long weekend here.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Perfect accommodations, lovely town within walking distance and a beautiful view of the ocean. Henry and Maria made everything so easily accessible with their clear instructions and pictures!! We hope to be back soon!
