Holiday rentals with a patio in Irondale

The place was clean and comfortable—felt just like home. Mei was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

Place was nice and very clean. Communication with host was excellent.

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

My boyfriend and dogs stayed at Green Tea and it was perfect. The lakes trail was a great morning and night routine for us to get the dogs some exercise. Margaret was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

Great option for staying close to Birmingham, clean and even supplied with some provisions that we usually don’t find in other airbnbs! A cozy, clean, comfortable space!

Danny is a great host with an awesome space. The home was neat, clean, and well furnished. The beds were super comfortable too. We had plenty of space and it was nice that there was enough hot water for everyone to shower. We also appreciate the recycling efforts. I’d definitely stay here again!

A GEM of a place! I stayed for one night with my baby and puppy. This is an incredible airbnb for a family to stay! The nursery had toys that my son thought were put there just for him (it really felt that way!) I didn't have to pull out our travel crib because THERE IS A CRIB! The hosts were very helpful and available and accommodating. Luxurious linens, comfortable furniture and beds. Stunning neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

We booked our stay and Manuel was incredibly easy to work with. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed the space with us, including the fenced in yard. We took them for walks in the neighborhood and the close by park. The church bells were so lovely to hear!

I had a last minute switch and Seana was more than accommodating for my quick booking. She was helpful and responsive to all of my questions about the location. Would recommend

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!
