There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.
