Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Uli was very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Always happy to come back and thank you for the great time. Clear referral.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). Clean apartment at a very good location

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with Oliver for 9 days in fantastic weather and had a relaxing time. The apartment is as described and everything is tip-top clean. The pond next to the terrace is a recreation highlight. Thank you very much

The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. The place is beautifully located. Everything according to the description really very well equipped and very clean. The small garden is well maintained and offers enough space for cozy evenings outdoors. Communication with Yvonne was friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and are completely satisfied. A clear recommendation! Glad to come back!

Ulrich was a welcoming and gracious host, and the beautiful loft apartment was warm and comfortable with beautiful direct views of the Lattengebirge and Predigtstuhl. Communication was clear and easy. Großgmain is an excellent base for exploring the wider area of Berchtesgadener Land. We hope to visit again.

We felt very comfortable in Stefanie's cozy, very well-equipped and organized cottage. She took care of us proactively and in a friendly manner. The garden is lovingly designed and maintained. We'll be back!

Julia and Sebastian's apartment is simply a dream. Quiet location and very lovingly furnished. There was really nothing missing! Just to feel good. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Julia and Sebastian welcomed us warmly and were always available for us throughout the week and gave us great tips for the area. And last but not least, our dog felt right at home. Absolutely recommendable. We will gladly come back.

The place was quite nice and peaceful. Our dog was also happy. The house was tidy and lush green. The garden was amazing to take some sun and our dog found it free to roam around as well. Laura was highly responsive and also picked our calls when needed. The place overall met our expectations as required.
