Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Inverness

We stayed here for our annual getaway with our best friends, and had a blast. Everything was just as described. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. Backyard was spacious which was awesome with two kiddos that wanted to play tag and water guns. Sunny's place is located right by the Head springs entrance which means you barely have to make an effort to visit the local attraction! It was also incredibly convient to pop in to the local stores as needed or grab a bite to eat at the local restaurants. I can absolutely see us here again! If you are visiting the area and are lucky enough to come across his listing as available, don't hesitate to book, you won't be sorry!

Lisa’s place was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay! The house had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, as well as a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice bonus too! We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a peaceful weekend at this serene riverside home. Rebecca is so responsive and helpful! We enjoyed unwinding by the water on the dock and watched family movies in the coziest living room. We went to take our child to swim with manatees which we were able to do at Crystal River then go back and just relax! Loved the quick escape and thank you to Rebecca for opening her home.

Patty was great! The house had everything you could need and more, everything in the kitchen was well labeled and the house was extremely large and functional. We were there for a funeral service, as it was not a vacation so our experience was a little bit more limited. Patty was wonderful and extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive to any questions/issues that we encountered.

Beautiful home, and wonderful people! We booked a last minute weekend trip and Linda was very kind to help us with accommodations. The house was perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kids loved playing disc golf, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and Linda even left us with breakfast fixings for our first morning. We would definitely come back, and I am happy to recommend Linda and her home to our family and friends. Thanks for everything, Linda!

This was a great place to stay for my group of friends. The house was a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The house is plenty spacious for six people, with two people in each of the rooms. The living room was very cozy for movie nights and the host provided many game options as well. The host was very communicative over messages and provided great accommodations for our trip. We would definitely choose this house again.

I enjoyed my time in Susan's place. It is the perfect place to relax and live with nature. Highly recommended!

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

We had an amazing stay at the Lucky Duck on Weeki Wachee! The property is beautiful, and Donna thought of everything to make it a perfect spring getaway. She provided kayaks, paddleboards, and even a canoe, making it so easy to enjoy the water right from the house. The screened-in porch was a lovely spot to relax, watch boaters pass by, and take in the peaceful surroundings. The property is very quiet, extremely clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness!). The only thing missing was a dishwasher, but that was a small trade-off for such a perfect stay. Highly recommend it!

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

We had a blast staying at this wonderful and beautiful house for four days. Gerri made the stay unforgettable! The place was clean, everything what we needed was there. The pictures are exactly how the house looks. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery and to have a relaxing time in Inverness. I’m a moved away local that our family of 3 needed a place to sleep between family events. Place was very clean and fit our needs. Our son was able to fish the docks and we enjoyed the evenings listening to the river. It’s a thing. The folks that are residents were very friendly, enjoyed that we were locals coming back and had fun swapping stories. We thought we were river side and that was my misreading.

Chris and his staff were great to work with for our trip to Florida. They were extremely helpful with answering questions and offered suggestions for things to do and were to visit. Their response time is quick and thorough. They were just great people to work with for our vacation. The condo is beautiful and clean. It has a great view of the lagoon. The neighbors are friendly. We had a wonderful time. I wish that I could take this condo to everywhere I vacationed. Thanks for the great vacation condo!
