Lovely renovated villa, 5 minute walk to Queens Parks, golf, river walk & dining. This home is located in the leafy suburb of Gladstone. Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space with private back yard. Close to all Invercargill has to offer. Two spacious bedrooms, one king bed the other queen. Tiled bathroom, gas hotwater & lovely deep bath. Two heatpumps and a fire to keep you toasty. For those warmer days bi fold doors open on to a deck with chimena, outdoor furniture and spa.

We loved this place - so clean and tidy, even the sheets had been ironed. The outlook at any time of day was amazing, so peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Rowena was great, friendly and responsive. Definitely stay again as it was the perfect place to explore western southland.

We had a great stay! It was perfectly suited for our family having the space and facilities to not always be eating out whilst visiting relatives. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillow options and the sunroom was great in the middle of the day for basking in the somewhat rare sun! Thanks again!

Jan's house is in a magic location with the deck and sunroom, as well as the master bedroom, overlooking the sea. We watched some stunning sunrises without having to leave the property! The crib is well setup, clean, and had everything we needed. The fire in the lounge made it very cosy on the cooler nights. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Bluff is great little town and the local folks are really friendly ,I highly recommend it for a weekend away.The cottage was clean and warm with lots of character, I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Beautiful house in a peaceful location. Lots of space for the kids to roam and explore. Kids loved all the toys and books and enjoyed collecting hens’ eggs each morning. We also loved the amazing garden, all the veges and fruit! Very responsive host. House had everything we needed, highly recommend.
