Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Quiet, pleasant area just minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility to borrow washing machine for long stays. Tea and instant coffee included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Suitable for calm caring guests.

Här njuter du av ett nyrenoverat fullt utrustat kök, ett fräscht badrum samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. 900 m till supermarket, apotek. 1.1 km till ett nyöppnat gym Gratis parkering precis utanför dörren för max 4 fordon. Laddning av elbil/hybrid ingår ej i avgift.

Nice apartment of 30 sqm with a sleeping loft (140cm bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. Underfloor heating, private entrance, washing machine, shower, sauna and corner bathtub. Fast internet and free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to nature and a lake. 10-minute walk to the local bus that goes directly to the city center without any changes. The bus runs 6 times per hour on weekdays and 4 times per hour on weekends.

Private studio and best bed in town!

Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med havet utanför dörren och somna till ljudet av vågornas vilsamma brus. Boden är utrustad för självhushåll med glas och porslin, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll med två plattor samt en kolgrill. Från fiskarna i hamnen kan du köpa färsk och förädlad fisk. Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.
