In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

Newly renovated, lovely flat in the heart of Österlen. Staying with us should be like a proper holiday. The rent includes kitchen towels , washing up liquid, hand soap & cleaning. The flat is fully equipped with wifi, television, a kitchen with most things you will need. Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
