Very nice and big place. Very cool Villa. And we enjoyed it a lot.

We had a wonderful time at JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check in was not a problem, he really thought along and where possible he will accommodate you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not completely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course lovely, but the air conditioners could not cool the space enough. But that was not to spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! Benjamin and Kathrin were very quick, proactive and great hosts. They answered all queries within 5-10 minutes. We had issue with water supply one night after we got back from outside but they made sure it's resolved within next one hour. We travelled with three small kids, hence all amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The place is located very close to airport like 15 minutes and right in the middle of all happening places around which isn't more than 10 minutes by cab. Cab was very easy to get and place was easy to locate. Overall loved the stay and would highly recommend with or without kids.

It was a great check-in experience. The house is located in a villa area, with many townhouses and a beautiful and quiet environment. There is a large swimming pool, a clean kitchen. and two seasonings, salt and sugar. If you need other seasonings, you can buy them yourself. Diu Xuan replied in time, the team members Kim were very patient, and the communication was smooth. It was very happy to arrange the birthday party perfectly. The only shortcoming of the house is that the sound insulation is bad. At night, we can hear the loud singing and lying down next door. Except for this, everything else is perfect! Recommended to stay!!

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a truly luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The wireless connection was strong and seamless throughout the property, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. The design of the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire villa was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was amazing well equipped with all the necessaries. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-designed getaway!

Me and my Family stayed at this Villa for 2 days It is really great, the interior is extremely luxurious and has a modern touch of Europe,we have experienced a great time,Villa has access to an entire 9 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a private bathroom, an additional 2 private toilets outside, a relaxing pool and a beautiful Piano next to it is well insulated Karaoke, good music I would go back to this place for sure Thank you, Hanh! What an amazing space in Khao Yai! Well decorated inside and out. The sauna was especially nice to have!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Manfred's place. The villa was clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view. It only takes a 5-minute walk to the beach from the villa, we were so lucky to see the dolphins there! Manfred was very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful, the views to the chefs dinner was immaculate. Highly recommend to all considering Koh Samui. I would suggest getting a scooter like we did as it’s not really walking distance to much.

It is my first time in Thailand and what a place to start it off. The views when you walk down into the pool area are beautiful. Everything was perfect, Zak gives you all the information you need before hand and is always there to answer any questions. We loved everything its perfect if you want a nice peaceful getaway would definitely come back.

This place is magical and very hard to leave! The staff was more than generous to us and was very easy to communicate with. They gave us suggestions of places to go and gave us everyone’s contact to get us there! My family of 6 has been here a week and has made friends with so many locals that we wish we could stay longer. 5 stars all around best Airbnb and staff!

We loved staying here! It has beautiful views. The beds were soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

Matt and the team do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. Matt is very responsive and happy to help at anytime. We had the most unforgettable stay at this Koh Samui villa — truly amazing from start to finish. The villa itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and with breathtaking views that look even better than the photos. The sun rises from the east which leads to a perfect sunrise every morning. We’ve stayed in many villas across Southeast Asia, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. We’ll absolutely be back!

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay! Benoit was super helpful right from the start, making everything easy and stress-free. When we arrived, Julian went above and beyond, he was incredibly responsive, made sure we had everything we needed, and even shared some fantastic local recommendations that really made our trip special. The spa was absolutely amazing, we loved it so much, we went twice! A real highlight of the stay. Julian also helped my girls plan a surprise for my birthday, which meant so much and made the experience even more memorable. Both hosts were kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. Truly top-notch hospitality. 10/10, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

New villa resort with private pool, very nice and quiet area overlooking the mountains of krabi to unwind. Very friendly employees and very good service. All luxury available that is needed. Photos match what you get. Certainly subject to repetition ! Both for couples and families as they also have larger villas. All in all, enjoyed ! (However, transport arrange motorcycle scooter or by grab)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, one of the best I've seen yet in my life. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to cook. A special highlight was the private sun deck, which you can reach via a few steps. It's an incredible snorkeling spot where you can see a big diversity of fish and corals. A huge thank you to Su, the housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Maria, was equally fantastic—super attentive, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a stunning, well-equipped place to stay on Koh Tao with exceptional hospitality, look no further. This is a true 5-Star experience!
