很惊喜的民宿 和图片上一样 非常整洁大方干净卫生 特别是浴室 可以用一尘不染来形容了 而且洗澡睡很大很舒服 原本以为有一个客厅和一个卧室 其实客厅和卧室是连在一起的 院子是在小巷里 私密性很好 但晚上还是会听到一些摩托车经过的声音 不过不影响 如果你的行程里有去古城和塔佩门的话 预算充足的情况下 我会强烈推荐住这里 地理位置十分便利 步行即可到达 我们住的那天晚上我点蜡烛不小心把房东的墙壁弄脏了 房东只是收取了一些清洁费 并让我不用担心 这样的回复让我觉得很nice 有机会还会再住

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Benjamin and Kathrin were very quick, proactive and great hosts. They answered all queries within 5-10 minutes. We had issue with water supply one night after we got back from outside but they made sure it's resolved within next one hour. We travelled with three small kids, hence all amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The place is located very close to airport like 15 minutes and right in the middle of all happening places around which isn't more than 10 minutes by cab. Cab was very easy to get and place was easy to locate. Overall loved the stay and would highly recommend with or without kids.

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

We had such a wonderful stay! Benoit was super helpful right from the start, making everything easy and stress-free. When we arrived, Julian went above and beyond, he was incredibly responsive, made sure we had everything we needed, and even shared some fantastic local recommendations that really made our trip special. The spa was absolutely amazing, we loved it so much, we went twice! A real highlight of the stay. Julian also helped my girls plan a surprise for my birthday, which meant so much and made the experience even more memorable. Both hosts were kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. Truly top-notch hospitality. 10/10, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l’appartement de Manfred. Le logement est exceptionnel et au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons pu assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil grâce aux baie vitrées qui offrent une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Manfred est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement!!

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful, the views to the chefs dinner was immaculate. Highly recommend to all considering Koh Samui. I would suggest getting a scooter like we did as it’s not really walking distance to much.

This place is magical and very hard to leave! The staff was more than generous to us and was very easy to communicate with. They gave us suggestions of places to go and gave us everyone’s contact to get us there! My family of 6 has been here a week and has made friends with so many locals that we wish we could stay longer. 5 stars all around best Airbnb and staff!

It is such a amazing villa- despite it is a bit rural but it doesn’t affect the stay as we could stay in the whole day and relaxing ourselves!

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a truly luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The wireless connection was strong and seamless throughout the property, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. The design of the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire villa was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was amazing well equipped with all the necessaries. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-designed getaway!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay in this beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean—an ideal setup for our group. Each bedroom featured its own en-suite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy, while the living and dining areas made it feel like a true home away from home. A major highlight was the access to the Club facilities was awesome. From the pristine pool and beach club to the excellent on-site dining and wellness amenities, the experience was elevated by the perfect mix of private villa comfort and luxury resort benefits. The staff were attentive and professional, always happy to assist with anything we needed, including making reservations. Our host was incredibly warm and friendly, and made us feel right at home. Getting around was also easy—Grab rides were readily available, and the host recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant with beautiful sunset just 10 minutes away, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!!!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd in de prachtige villa van JR gehad. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in af te koelen na een stranddagje of in de avond. Fijne badkamer, fijne matrassen en genoeg hangers voor je kleding. JR zelf was erg behulpzaam en reageerde altijd op de vele vragen die ik had (sorry JR 🌺). Hij gaf ook geweldige tips voor waar we de laatste uurtjes voor de vlucht terug naar Bangkok konden doorbrengen. Vroeg en laat inchecken was geen probleem, hij dacht echt mee en waar mogelijk komt hij je tegemoet. Dat was heel fijn! Enige minpuntje wat ik me kan bedenken is dat de airco’s niet helemaal optimaal zijn voor de ruimte. De zon staat de hele dag op de villa, wat uiteraard heerlijk is, maar de airco’s konden de ruimte niet genoeg koelen. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken, we hebben van ieder moment genoten! Dank je wel voor je gastvrijheid JR ☺️

Matt and the team do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. Matt is very responsive and happy to help at anytime. We had the most unforgettable stay at this Koh Samui villa — truly amazing from start to finish. The villa itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and with breathtaking views that look even better than the photos. The sun rises from the east which leads to a perfect sunrise every morning. We’ve stayed in many villas across Southeast Asia, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. We’ll absolutely be back!

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Absolute Privatsphäre wird gewährleistet, nicht zuletzt auch wegen dem äusserst diskreten Haushälterpaar, das sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat. Die Z-Villa hat ein sensationelle Lage im ruhigen, urtümlichen Teil von Koh Samui. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit absolut sicher. Die Bilder auf der Homepage sprechen für sich! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, one of the best I've seen yet in my life. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to cook. A special highlight was the private sun deck, which you can reach via a few steps. It's an incredible snorkeling spot where you can see a big diversity of fish and corals. A huge thank you to Su, the housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Maria, was equally fantastic—super attentive, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a stunning, well-equipped place to stay on Koh Tao with exceptional hospitality, look no further. This is a true 5-Star experience!
