Great host. Very responsive and communicative.

Maybe the best Airbnb attached to someone’s home that I’ve ever stayed in. Such a sweet set up. Very comfortable, clean, private. Thankful for the keurig for coffee and water bottles in the frig. My stay was short but very restful and waking up to have my morning coffee out on the deck and watch the river and the birds was the highlight of my stay. Mark was very good with communicating and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was easy to find, even in the dark. Of course being attached to their home there was a bit of noise from the kids in the morning but that wasn’t until after 9am and didn’t bother me at all. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Host was very responsive and flexible. She provided extra cookware that I needed and answered every request quickly and positively. The place is set back from the road in a very peaceful setting. I saw lots of wildlife while there in below freezing weather. I stayed warm and comfortable with plenty of streaming to watch while cooking up a storm. I will definitely try to return when in the area!

The apartment is beautiful and extremely homey. Having the deck to sit on in the mornings was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Aurora!

Perfect place to stay with my son while visiting friends and family. Absolutely loved the location on the river, the walk ability of the area, the restaurants and coffee shops and all the beautiful walks to include the big four bridge. It was great to have the balcony to sit on! Beds were amazing!

Meghan is very responsive and has made our stay a memorable one! The lake is a gem, and the view is fantastic! I wish we had stayed longer! Lots of amenities. Many kayaks, lounge chairs, life jackets and toys for the pool were provided. Kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of towels, pots pans and utensils. The location is perfect on a lovely quiet lake. would definitely come back

Comfortable & peaceful home right on the lake! We enjoyed the cottage for several days while visiting family nearby. It was a great place for our family of 4.

What a lovely place to stay. This is a wonderful place to come and enjoy the natural surroundings. The place has everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch swings and the lake right out back. The ramp made it much more accessible for my father, who uses a walker. Although we stayed for a night on a cross country trip, we would absolutely make this a destination in the future.

We had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everyone and a beautiful location. No one wanted to leave!

The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. Libby left us snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated after our long drive. We didn’t get to spend much free time at the house because we were visiting friends but next time we will have to try out the hot tub! The home was perfect for our weekend, clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was really nice to have. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Lemon.

Comfortable home with floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. This secluded home and outdoor deck helped us relax immediately!! Shane/Leigh Ann helped when we had questions; and communication was great. We were allowed to bring our little Cavachon dog and he was as relaxed as we were. This is the second home we have rented with Shane. Going back to this home in September and we’ll make reservations for next Spring. Thank You, Shane!! Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Met our needs very well. There was a little restaurant on the premesis.

This condo was super-clean. We loved the balcony, where we could relax after climbing dunes with our grandkids! Good mattresses (our daughter & husband took the upstairs bedroom) and we appreciated the king-sized beds. There is quite a tall stairway to climb to get to the 2nd floor. Otherwise, easy access (we used the August app) from the parking lot.

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.

Ashley was a great host! She provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out, had nice local recommendations, and was extremely responsive. I also appreciated that she was willing to accommodate my travel dates near the last minute due to a death in my family. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. I loved the beautiful views from each window and the quiet, serene environment. Although I could hear the train at night, it was not super loud - kinda just like background noise. I actually found it to be peaceful (maybe because I’m from the city lol). Would love to visit again! :)

Peaceful and great location. My husband and I went for leisure and our first time staying at this specific place. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone thinking about staying. Kristin was very responsive and friendly when talking to her. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. We hope to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hudson Hideaway. Views were amazing and neighborhood was quiet and serene. Shirley was super responsive and helpful and her home was spotless. She really made us feel welcome and even left us a snack basket and several beverages which was a very welcome gift after our long drive. She certainly knows how to make a house a home. We look forward to returning to this community in the future.
