Grandkids loved it! The cabin was nice and toasty. Very comfortable.

What a lovely and comfortable stay! I was here for a convention with a friend, and we both also enjoyed the beautiful walkable neighborhood on early morning walks. The hosts were also very friendly and nice, and they offered some great recommendations for local food and walking spots. The BNB itself felt very secure and homely with comfortable beds and amenities, and we both really appreciated the inclusion of cereal and fruit. The location was also easy driving distance to downtown Indianapolis and to the Indy Motorway. I would 100% recommend staying here if you're in Indy for any downtown events!

Beautiful tiny cabin! We enjoyed the centrality to both French Lick and Patoka Lake.

This little cottage was just what we needed for the week! We enjoyed our stay in Indianapolis and were able to walk around to some great shopping and restaurants, as well as be close to the things we needed to go do in town. The yard was perfect for our two small dogs to get some outdoors time. Our host was very attentive during the booking and check in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

An extremely adorable space that makes for a peaceful and quiet retreat. If you happen to stay during a few rainstorms, as I did, you might even imagine yourself in a secluded cabin rather than a few minutes' walk from downtown and the IU campus.

Had the perfect weekend getaway! Beautiful house, the peacefulness was the best part. Friendly neighbors and we loved Sissy (the neighborhood dog). Our pup had such a great time as well. Loved the area also, great BBQ and hiked trails nearby.

The Franklin Tiny House exceeded my expectations! It was cozy, charming, and extremely clean! Location was perfect! In the heart of the city- you’re within walking distance to coffee shops, the farmers market, and many lunch/dinner options. We enjoyed coffee at the tiny house & snacks provided by the host. There was a selection of syrups & sugar to enhance your morning cup of Joe. Host really went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Would 10/10 recommend this stay to you & would book again myself!

Has a private valentines getaway and it was perfect! The house is very cute and looks even better than the photos! It snowed while we were there and it looked amazing. Restaurants are about 10-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. We went to Kimu and it was delicious. The home is very cozy and perfect for 2-4 people.

It was a nice relaxing and peaceful time away. Glad we found this place that wasn't too far away from home. We loved hearing all the nature and seeing lots of deer. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Loved this place. Very peaceful for my honeymoon. We also loved the facial and massages that we got. The host was very quick to respond when needed but gave us everything we needed so was not contacted much. We loved it here! Even gave us tips about the hot tub! Biggest one make sure to stir it otherwise the top is warm and the bottom is cold. But we loved getting to experience a wood burning hot tub

Super cozy, great for a one-night trip into town for a concert! Daniel was super helpful in terms of recommendations, and very responsive. Would happily book if we are ever in the area again! Great host and great property. Loved the chickens!

I stayed here by myself for a week. Janie was very friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. I did my own cooking while I was there. There were enough pots and pans that I made do with. The washer and dryer were a nice touch. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Super clean, quiet, and cozy but stocked with everything you need and just a few blocks from Valpo campus and the downtown eateries. Really just a perfect spot, and only about 30 minutes drive from all parts of Indiana Dunes NP. Also, Diana was a very gracious and kind host! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in town!

Chris was very responsive and provided answers to every question asked. The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for -quiet, beautiful surroundings, no wifi, cozy, and lots of great books to read! We will definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the tiny home. My dog and I were there for a dog show and it was the perfect space. It was so quiet and peaceful. We slept great! The toilet took a little getting used to. It’s the perfect space for 1-2 people in a peaceful setting. Would stay there again
