The stay was wonderful, the place was clean, and Laura was very quick to respond to messages. Our kids loved having the pool and the big backyard to play in. The neighborhood was great, we felt safe, close restaurants, and lots to do.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Stephen’s home was beautiful well kept and very clean. Conveniently located in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Yard and sunroom are fantastic features.

Josh was a great host and communicated very well with us. My friends and I had a great stay and would definitely come again.

Brandon’s place in Monroe was just what my family needed for a visit. The place was well laid out and furnished, and the location was easy for us to navigate from and to while we were in town. It had a nice yard for our pup to run around too!

Perfect stay for our group of 10, in town for the PGA at Quail Hollow! The house was clean and cozy. Nice neighborhood and not far from restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

6 of us stayed here to celebrate my broth-in law’s 60’s birthday. It was perfect! We really enjoyed the location, the interior, and the beautiful exterior space. Had fun renting the pontoon boat for an afternoon, used kayaks, played arcade, ping pong and had a big BBQ on the expansive deck. Highly recommend!

place was beautiful in pristine condition. New home you can still smell the fresh paint. the home was Beautiful I have no complaints. Will definitely stay there again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time we became sisters on this getaway trip. It was quite clean and roomy. Every one enjoyed the peacefulness. The hosts were great and allowed us to relax and unwind without overloading us with rules and regulations. Yes, rules are in place however, they were not over the top unattainable. The response time from host was impeccable and the instructions were clear.

This home was exactly as described, clean, roomy. The house numbers were lit up at night making it easier to find in a neighborhood after dark. Everything was there that was needed. A wonderful surprise was fresh flowers on the dining room table, live plants placed around in the living room. A flower garden out back in perfect bloom. The best part was communication, pleasant, friendly, they even gave us the cell number just in case we needed something. Should I be in this area again, there would be no hesitation to book with them again.

We had a construction team staying at the home with access to their site. Place was quiet and relaxing compared to usually staying in a hotel. Host was great, responsive and professional. Home was perfect and recommend: we would stay there again.

We stayed at Mike’s place while in town for a tournament at the Matthews Sportsplex. Location was perfect - with easy drives to restaurants, grocery stores, and the fields. The house had plenty of room for us, was really clean, and check in and out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay again.

Wish we had stayed longer just to play the vinyls and watch movies from the wide selection of entertainment! Loved the spacious bedrooms. Location was excellent for what brought us to town. I wish I could give a 10 star review! Beautiful little farm house! No TV which I loved. Quaint, peaceful, clean, relaxing. Squeaky front screen door ❤️❤️❤️❤️which added to the uniqueness of this home. Took me back in time to the early “1970’s” when I did live summers in an old farm house in Ronan, Montana. Lindy’s homestead was perfect. Also had a phonograph with old vinyl records adding to the decor and vintage touch!
