Beach house holiday rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

Jon’s place is exactly as advertised. My Family and I had an amazing time. The house is very walkable to the beach and a couple amazing Beach Bar and Grill restaurants within a couple minute walk. Jon has made the home feel very open and clean, but also extremely comfortable with nicer furnishings and furniture. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get away and truly enjoy the beach.

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Kids loved the pool! Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the outside patio . Kitchen had everything needed . Def would stay again

Perfect bungalow steps away from the beach! Beautiful decor and open living room area and kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Peaceful environment with gorgeous sunsets. Close to Pier 60 - a pier with a fun family environment, a variety of vendors and restaurants near the beach! I definitely recommend Susi and George’s beach house and am keeping it on my go back list! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house. Loved all the decor around the home!!

There were beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys. Also plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandkids enjoyed the downstairs game room

5 star location. 5 star responsiveness. 4 star lodging. Definite repeat. You simply cannot beat the view and the beach access here. Having coffee on the beach in the morning and watching sunsets with your toes in the sand is 5 stars every day. The house was very clean and met our needs, but could be improved. The master bedroom is the hottest room of the house. Even turning the air down it remains stuffy. You cannot close the door or you overheat. All of the pillows are flat and hard, clearly old. The house is actually separated into 2 buildings. This is not made clear in the listing and you have to find it on your own. Additional lighting like a simple string of lights wrapped around the back deck at night would go a long way towards ambience. Towels are provided and are clean, but smell very strongly of bleach and are very small and thin towels. Last, the instructions for parking and finding the home are not clear. No deal breakers. We would stay here again in a second. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s Airbnb! The space was clean, open, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made our days so easy and fun. Matthew was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions promptly and even checking in to make sure everything was going well. The home was stocked with everything my daughter and I needed for a beach getaway—beach towels, a wagon, chairs, and even an umbrella. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Iriny’s place! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So many fun extras, there wasn’t enough time to take advantage of everything. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again sometime.

This airbnb was perfect for our bachelorette trip and had to many amenities! Jodi was very responsive before and during the trip!

Long before we arrived, the experience was already excellent. He is a responsive, clear communicator and accommodating where he can be. He made sure we were provided a golf cart as in the description even though the one there was out of commission. This was orchestrated before our arrival so we never went a day without. He had a big list of restaurants for us and was readily available anytime we needed. The house was immaculate. The dipping pool is perfect to cool off when not at the beach. Large, well stocked kitchen. This was our peaceful sanctuary after a long day out and about. We took advantage of restaurants and putt-putt near by. Very walkable location to the beach/places to grab food and drinks. The house and location were perfect for our multifamily vacation! There are plenty of beautiful houses at the beach, but your host can make or break an experience. We are very thankful we booked with Kurt and Sandra. We’re grateful they shared their space with us and hope to return!

We booked the house to spend a weekend with family (5 adults) near the beach but not a typical FL beach condo. It was fantastic! The house was so well decorated, comfortable and the layout was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and getting to the beach a ln easy 10 min walk. The golf cart was an unexpected fun experience.

This home was a perfect place for my family’s needs. The pool was lovely, and the location is walkable to the beach and a nearby playground. The home is almost exactly as depicted and described-it was missing the sofa in the downstairs room that leads out to the pool. We appreciated having a pack n play available and the baby gates on the upper set of stairs, although there is no baby gate on the stairs going down to the front door. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of storage space. We also used the grill which worked great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

This was our absolute favorite rental of all time, the house was absolutely beautiful! You can walk or take the golf cart to the beach or all the local restaurants and shops. Plenty of space in the house, loved having the 2 living rooms. The backyard is a gem, spent a few days just floating in the pool and relaxing. Kim and her husband were the best hosts, very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us. We definitely cannot wait to come back in the future!!

This property's ideal beach proximity, a mere three-minute walk, is exceptionally convenient. The house was well-maintained, with only minor issues easily fixable for future guests. I highly recommend this location and intend to return in the future.

We love Indian Rocks Beach so we were so happy when we found Nisrine’s home available last minute for Memorial Day weekend! Everything was just as depicted. Walkable distance to the beach, super cozy and clean, lots of good places to eat nearby. We felt right at home! Nisrine was also very kind and responsive. 10/10 experience - would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The beach was beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, Adam was very responsive and accommodating. Steps to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and towels for our group of 7. Loved the layout of the rooms, plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—perfect whether you’re heading to the beach or paddle boarding in the bay. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into making this place feel like a home away from home. Out of all the places we've stayed, this has easily become one of our favorite spots in Indian Rocks Beach. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend!

I used to live in IRB and wanted to show the family a little of my old home. Our unit was private, clean, a stone’s throw from the water, and exactly what I had hoped for. It’s a lovely place and we’ll be returning to the very same one next time.

We stayed at the Canary cove for a while with two toddlers and a baby. It was a fantastic experience! Jenn was super kind to us with all the extra baby/kiddo items. The place is stoked on toys and small child dinnerware and beach gear and so much more. It is very safe and walkable, very close to the beach. The house amenities and layout are also very convenient. Plus Jenn gave us lots of suggestions on what to do on our last day after checkout - super helpful! We loved it there and definitely will be back in the future.

My boyfriend and I booked this place for a quick vacation in Florida, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to the beach with walkable spots nearby, and that’s exactly what we got! You really can’t beat the location of Sal’s home - just a two-minute walk to the beach. We loved having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided; it made our beach days super easy. Sal was very responsive, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our family was truly comfortable and enjoyed staying here immensely. The view and access to the beach were perfect, the towels were soft, the necessities like toilet paper and trash bags were plentiful and the kitchen was well-stocked.
