Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

This home was fabulous for our family of 5. It is stocked with everything you need (I mean, even condiments!!). I was impressed with the cleanliness…it was cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve had before. Spotless floors, bathrooms, furniture, linens. The bed was also 10/10. I was sad to come home to my own mattress. 😆

It was a very cute little house and the lake view was peaceful. Also loved the little neighborhood it was in! Bathroom upstairs is a little small and the ceiling space was short so we had a couple head bumps lol! But overall it was a nice, cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Nice neighbors & good pizza is walking distance away. Caught some fish as well. Poles are not provided.

Great lake house, great location! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 kiddo. Even tho the weather didn't cooperate we had a wonderful family get-together playing games and watching movies. My husband enjoyed fishing right off the property when the sun came out on Father's Day. We took advantage of the playground at the nearby park as well. Really good value in a peaceful area

This home away from home was a great getaway for our family and our friends. We had two families (7 total people) and a dog there for a long holiday weekend and felt very comfortable, with plenty to do inside and outside. We were able to fish right from the back yard lake access. The grill and hot tub were both great to have and we got lots of use out of both! Would highly recommend for your lake getaway.

Booked this rental for a relaxing bachelorette getaway and had the best time! This space was perfect for us go get together and celebrate. We especially enjoyed easy access to the lake, the tiki bar, the fire pit (but do be careful lighting it), and enough bedrooms to accommodate all 7 of us. The instructions Jennifer gives are very useful and thorough, and she had great recommendations including Lapizzaria (amazing) and the local car service to get around the lake. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip to Indian Lake!

Beths Place was a beautiful little house, I especially liked how there were many couches/beds to sleep on. Everything was so clean and a lot of amenities. Good water pressure and such for taking a shower, I also enjoyed watching the TV! Bluffton is a beautiful neighborhood and this place makes exploring the town easy because of the close walking distance.

Steve and Marilyn are exceptional hosts. Their accommodations were 5 star. They are such a nice couple, very easy to sit and talk with just about anything. Visiting their town was such a pleasure, nice people, walkable, plenty to do and the restaurants excellent. We already are planning our next stay with them for next year. I loved this place, if you don’t like city noise, don’t stay there. I grew up on a busy street and find the people/noise/life comforting, but definitely keep this in mind if you’re not used to that. It’s a great little place to stay and so much more affordable (and more comfortable) than either of the hotels in lima.
