This charming, one bedroom, loft is situated perfectly in the heart of Perth. Overlooking the River Tay and amazing parkland views, it is a couple of minutes walk to Perth's centre. “Ame and Stu’s lovely attic apartment is the perfect place to stay for a visit in Perth. The views over the North Inch on a lovely sunny morning were exceptional. Sparkling clean and well appointed with all you require for self catering and 5 mins walk to the centre of Perth you’ll struggle to find better value for money. Would highly recommend this quiet haven for a relaxing stay.”
With space over three levels and your own private Hot tub what more do you need? Close by to country walks in the forest or the a river Tay, or a ten minute drive to the city centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and celebrations. We do not allow stag and hen parties.
“We are just back from a family trip celebrating my sister's birthday, the house is perfect for families and larger groups. The kitchen and living spaces are great as is the garden. It is beautifully decorated and the host was fantastic help with local recommendations. Perfect for summer trips or cosy trips in in the winter with the log burners in each room, I look forward to staying again sometime.”
Set on the edge of the gentle Ochil Hills, Barley Mill is a secluded wildlife haven where you are likely to see roe deer, buzzards, red squirrels, woodpeckers and a wide variety of small birds. Whether you want to explore the wilds of the Scottish Highlands, see the fishing villages along the coast of the East Neuk of Fife, visit the buzzing capital city of Edinburgh or historic Stirling, from Barley Mill it’s an easy drive to them all
“Wendy's cabin is a beautiful place for a peaceful escape in the countryside and far exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and shower room were great, and the cabin itself was super cosy and surprisingly spacious. We felt like we were very secluded despite being a stones-throw from the village and a short drive from Kinross and the surrounding areas. Its a perfect place to enjoy being outdoors whilst still having some little luxuries, like a heated towel rack for when you come out of the hot shower! Wendy was close by if we needed anything further and was a lovely, friendly host. We had a very relaxing 2 night stay and can't recommend this wee hideaway enough. Thanks again for sharing your space Wendy :)”
