Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

The stay in Faenza was short, on the way back from the Conero Riviera, but pleasant. Beppe welcomed us in a friendly way and we felt truly at home. The apartment is in a great location, spacious and elegant. We recommend it for spending a few days away from home, but with all the comforts of your home.

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

Great little place outside of the center. Very easy to get around, gated parking is right in front, it is walkable to a grocery store, and ultimately has everything we need. Alex is a wonderful host and we look forward to staying again next time.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

Excellent stay experience; Adriana was always very helpful and present in all the needs envisaged; rooms managed perfectly and the centrality of the location connotes it as a perfect solution to be inside the fabric of the historic center; I highly recommend it; perfect in everything.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Had a great time, was very close to the train station. The apartment was really well stocked in the kitchen and the hosts were very friendly!

This is a very central apartment, 15-20 minutes away from all the tourist sights. Cafes and restaurants were only a few minutes away. We really appreciated the early check in and were met by Mikela who showed us around and gave recommendations for great places to eat out at. She also offered to book taxis back to the train station. As described there are a fair few steps to get up to the apartment. But the views are absolutely worth the effort! I’d highly recommend this place if you are in Florence!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

This was my second time staying here - both times for two weeks. It was just as lovely as I remembered! So comfortable and roomy and has everything I needed! Bed is wonderful and the patio is truly special. Thank you Paola for another amazing visit!

What a fantastic apartment! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s in a great location (most main attractions a 10 min walk or less) It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very secure and felt safe when arriving home late at night. The balcony was just wonderful with a stunning view of the Duomo. Very special in the early morning. We were welcomed by Paula who was very friendly and helpful with letting us drop our bags into the apartment before our check in time. This was a welcome relief after a long morning of travelling and meant we could explore the city more freely. Thank you so much Giulio & Veronica! We had a great experience in this accommodation in Castel San Pietro Terme on the occasion of the MotoGP weekend at Mugello. The apartment was very clean and perfectly matched the description, it was even better in reality! Franceschini and her mother were remarkable hosts, very flexible and very kind. Communication with Franceschini was very easy and fast, which greatly facilitated our stay thanks to her responsiveness and flexibility. Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
