Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We lived our stay! Mattias and Petra are such lovely people and the accommodations were good. We especially loved the garden and hearing the cows nearby. The castles are no more than a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful apartment, everything as in the pictures and the description. Please note that there is no TV, You have to talk to your partner, with a glass of wine on the beautiful balcony and enjoy the sunset. An ideal place to simply unwind.

The apartment was great, as there were shops, etc. Location was a dream because of the lake and surroundings. Lake Constance was also 15 minutes away, we went surfing, SUP and in the high ropes course there is a lot to do with teenagers. We had a dog with us, greeting for the dog was great with treats, etc., for us there were different drinks. Stefan was our contact person, he answered us very quickly when we had questions. The only disadvantage was that when the dog had to go for a walk, you had to take the elevator, because it was 3 floors, but we knew that from the beginning. Thanks for the wonderful time. We had a few nice days in Stiefenhofen. The tranquility and the surroundings there contributed greatly to our relaxation. We had everything we needed, kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, nice hosts. Highly recommended

Everything is really great! You hosts are also warm and friendly. The only thing to mention is that tall people (1.80+) hit their heads more often. Unfortunately, it happened to us several times. Otherwise everything is great. Would come back right away.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Alexander's cottage 🤩 it was all as described and one of the best accommodations we've ever been to. The equipment is to a high standard and we liked to use the strainer coffee maker, barbecue and hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has a lot of great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

Very nice cottage with garden, between slightly modern and old school. Beautiful nature, etc., we haven't been so relaxed in a long time, even the dog was relaxed. The bonus was the little stream that runs through the garden, especially nice for falling asleep. Highly recommended👌👍👍

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

We stayed with our two dogs for 2 weeks at Karlheinz's in this beautiful house. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it is really beautiful and well equipped. As a welcome, there was a super delicious homemade bread, thank you again. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, the large garden is completely fenced, so they could run freely. We will be happy to come back. 😊

The place fully complies with the description and pictures. Communication with the hosts was super and straightforward. The apartment is located in the center of Immenstadt with all the pros and cons that an apartment close to the center has. So everything in Immenstadt is actually within walking distance, but you also have to accept a corresponding noise when the first shops open early. We would recommend the apartment, even with a baby you can live there and make various excursions in the Oberallgäu.

The apartment is a bit outdated, but offers everything you need. Dagmar is super easy to reach, flexible and very friendly. Above all, the river right in front of the door gave us a nice cool-down.

Beautiful place and location. Had a picturesque view off of the patio, and we could walk to several nice restaurants close to a lake. Good communication with Nadine throughout. Would happily stay again

We felt very comfortable in Selma's apartment. It was quiet, close to the river and with a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. There were numerous hiking trails in the area. The apartment was very well equipped, there was everything you needed. (Miscellaneous dishes, cutlery, spices, etc.) Selma was always available and we felt very well taken care of. Clear recommendation 😊

Everything was better than we expected. Great location with beautiful surroundings and walking trail along the river to the lake. Markus responded quickly and made us feel welcomed. Unit had everything and very quiet. Balcony extra bonus to sit and look at countryside and mountains. Easy access with perfect instructions.

My apartment was in a great location. perfect for riding my bicycle. The apartment is very comfortable with everything one needs.

We had a nice week in the apartment, Lake Constance and the natural beach are within walking distance. The natural beach with the water playground is especially recommended for children, pleasant shade from old trees even at very high temperatures.

We had a wonderful extended weekend in the Old Sawmill. The apartment and the surrounding nature absolutely delighted us. In reality, the accommodation impressed us even more than in the photos – the furnishings are high-quality, stylish and well thought-out, and everything is very well equipped. A special highlight was the morning bath in the Eschach - we will definitely miss that! The description and the many positive reviews give a very accurate impression of what to expect here. We can fully recommend the stay!
