Holiday rentals with lake access in Immenstadt

Very nice, clean and cozy place with enough space in a great environment. We felt very comfortable in the Astara vacation home.

The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it should be good and cozy. The sauna and the whirlpool rounded it all off perfectly 😊

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Eva's. The apartment is beautifully located in nature and with the children it was a great place with a large garden and a lot of peace. The apartment was great in size and very clean. Inquiries were always answered very quickly and even a grill was provided for us during the day so that we could grill in the evening. Eva was very helpful and very committed.

We felt very comfortable with Doris this week. The apartment is located in the beautiful Lotzbeckpark. You can hear the birds singing and at night the noise of the waves from Lake Constance. The apartment is small but very nice and has everything it needs for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back.

Great location with lake view. Bathing beach nearby as well as playground. The apartment is very clean. Good location for nearby excursion destinations. Steven was always helpful and responds quickly. Gladly again.

Place in beautiful village

Tina is truly a magical person with an outstanding ability to welcome people into her home! You feel right at home and are surrounded by wonderful nature! I didn't want for anything! The apartment is strategically very located. You can walk to the forest in 5 minutes, drive to Ravensburg in 15 minutes, and drive to Lindau, Meerseburg, or Pfänder in 30-45 minutes. The apartment offers every comfort to spend beautiful days. The kitchen equipment is great, you can take care of yourself very well. The living and dining area are cozy and spacious. The bathroom is large and superbly equipped, with bath and shower, ideal after long hikes. The beds are super comfortable, you can sleep wonderfully. Thomas is a very good host who always has an ear for the wishes and needs and was there to help me with good tips and advice. Thank you, I had a great timeout. Take care, Mia

Monika's apartment is very nice and was extremely clean. You can get to Constance very quickly by bike. The communication with Monika was super relaxed and we were very warmly welcomed. In very warm temperatures, it can of course also get very warm in the city apartment, fly screens would be ideal for ventilation, otherwise everything was great! 😊
