Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Iloilo

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It's really good for family and barkada. The caretakers are friendly and approachable.

We enjoyed our stay on this humble home! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Self check-in is a plus since we can just immediately enter the place without waiting for them to arrive. Also, the space is very clean and tidy. Everything we need is already included. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Jay's place was a 10/10! The place was easy to find, safe and was greeted by Jay's caretaker. Ate Leah was very nice and approachable. The place was clean, clutter free and very spacious. Jay responded to my questions and enquiries very well and in a timely manner. Big stocks of bathroom stuffs and kitchen condiments were a bonus. I enjoyed our stay at Jay's place and the place was really beautiful!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Rina's place is truly a home away from home. We were greeted with a relaxing scent of the candle, friendly caretaker in the person of Kuya Arnel and his wife Mary Grace. It rained a lot during our stay so we just cozied up enjoying hot showers and a sip of Folgers coffee offered free by Rina. One big plus is the fast internet which is very important as we all work from home. It was so sweet of Rina to give us freebies that would be a big slash off our daily stay fee and we ended up buying bulk of her BBW and VS stuff. All in all, we had a great stay here, the car is secured and no problem with whatsoever. I highly recommend Rina's 2 bedroom cutie house. It can accommodate up to 6 pax. Will def book again!!! Thanks Rina!!

ShaCon's Place is a home away from home experience. Its a homey vibe. Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

Best and comfiest place ever. Me and my partner felt right at home the moment we stepped in. All the staff were friendly and accomodating as well. If you want a place to stay that is near the festive walk or near places that you wanna go to that are walkable this is the best one. Had a little trouble with the slow wifi connection but made it work either way. Anw place was really nice, comfy, and homey. Thank you so much sir Jay!

Ailyn was always responsive and friendly host ,the balcony have the best mountain view in Iloilo.

Very responsive, and always helpful with any concerns we addressed . It felt like a home away from home as it provided all the basic amenities and more. I just wish they had some kind of a small washing machine for small item to do laundry. We did have a couple of concerns which was resolved with prompt responses. I highly recommend this condo with its panoramic beautiful views and the experience of a relaxing atmosphere . Thanks, we hope to revisit Joanne Marie’s place sometime soon.

Great property, very near to the mall

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

This is home was just what we needed on our trip to the Philippines! Comfortable, clean, and a great location to almost everything we were looking for (shopping mall, restaurants, grocery and more). Shubert was very responsive and kind. His colleague, Dann, was the man!!! Great team and a great experience overall. It made our trip to the Philippines even more awesome! Great value for money. The unit is located in Building B, which is a big plus since I'm with my mom — it's much closer to the mall, making walking to and from more convenient.

Myka's place is simple, clean, and is in a good location. There is laundry shop, a Filipino restaurant, a 7-11, and a CBTL branch at the condo premises. I was able to walk to the Esplanade, Molo Church/Plaza/Mansion, and the Shops at Atria. Shops at Atria had batchoy, pansit molo, and Biscocho House which are all Iloilo staples. However, take note that the unit is at tower at the back but it just takes a 3-5 minute walk to get to the main door. the concierge and security guards were helpful. The unit has smart TV, a well functioning AC, a water heater, an electric fan, a place to hang clothes, and a fully equipped kitchen and they provided towels. My 5 night stay was peaceful and I did not encounter any problems.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!
