Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Iloilo City

We had a great stay! There was a bit of a mix-up since we originally booked a house, but the host let us know it was under renovation and offered us a condo unit instead. It turned out really well—the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We also loved having access to the pool! Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable night in the busy city. Conveniently located, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Angel and Christine are lovely hosts. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. My arrival time got delayed a few hours and that was no problem at all. I’m sad my stay was just one night as a stop over for a road trip. Would love to come back!

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

Stayed here from June 11-15, 2025 HONEST REVIEW: (hindi sponsored) Ang dali kausap ng host especially unusual time ang check in and out namin. James is very accommodating and even help us in our luggage when we checked in at 1am (it's raining and he carried our luggage all the way to our room). Ang ganda ng design and ng mismong room. Very safe ang rooms dahil sa lock na may pin code. Centralized ang air-condition and ang lamig. Pag nakulangan ka sa lamig, may malaking ceiling fan pa (kasing laki ng elesi ng helicopter, legit to). Strong internet, hot/cold shower and free laundry (sa baba). Complete accessories na from bathroom, kitchen (may built in mineral water faucet) to bed room (big mattress with 4 pillows). Very spacious and maliwanag. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for letting us have a great stay! Will definitely comeback and we RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

One thing is for sure, you will find the place a prefect staycation for especially for your barkadas and family.

The place looked exactly like the pictures and had the amenities that we needed. Would definitely book again next time we're back in the city!

The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This place was awesome. Bed was conformable and the A/C worked great. The balcony was actually usable with 2 chairs and a table on it. The staff that worked at the complex is very friendly and helpful. The Gym was nice and modern. I would for sure stay here again.

Had an amazing 3days 2nights stay at Lafayette! The unit was clean and comfy, and the highlight was definitely the pool it was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Super convenient location too, close to everything. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the things I appreciated most was the setup of the room—it had two beds, which was perfect for my needs and added to the convenience of the stay. The location is excellent. It’s right in the center of the city, close to many popular attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The host was also very kind and welcoming. They were responsive to any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of. Their hospitality really added to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. I would definitely stay here again!

JUST WOW!!! If i ever find myself again in IloIlo, I will surely book Rosh’s unit. Clean, worth every penny, strategic location, safe, and everything we needed was readily available. After a long day of wandering around the Panay Island, this unit felt like a comfort for us. AC is cold, hot & cold shower, smart tv, fresh linens, soft and comfy bed!! Not to mention the kitchen utensils and equipment that you can use. Rosh was also kind enough to let us drop off our bags as early as 7am!!! Thank you so much Rosh. This is the place to be!!! 10/5 rating ⭐️🤯

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work.
