My family had a great stay at the house. It's located in a nice neighborhood. Mai, the host, is very accommodating and provides what guests need. We made the right choice in choosing this house.

Raymund is very professional , kind , flexible and very considerate host. There’s no request that you ask that he can’t address and grant in a timely manner. That’s why our stay in his place is like staying in our own home. The caretaker is also very nice. This is our second time staying at Carmen’s Place. The first was 8 years ago when his parents were managing the place. We’re saddened to know from Raymund that his parents passed already. But I believe that the mantle of managing this place is in good hands under Raymund since he is equally able to advance the same business professionalism and kindness that his parents embodied when they were alive. Grace's place was a great pick..the house was well maintained,clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay..The location is quiet and peaceful and very accessible to the city proper.ibwoukd highly recommend this place to my friends.Thanks Grace

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. The host offers variety of drinks din na you can purchase on a reasonable price. Very accommodating din ni miss jorja; she replies to all my queries kahit madaling araw na. Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This place was awesome. Bed was conformable and the A/C worked great. The balcony was actually usable with 2 chairs and a table on it. The staff that worked at the complex is very friendly and helpful. The Gym was nice and modern. I would for sure stay here again.

I love moon and the hanging moon lamp caught my eye right away and felt like I am home. A cute little clean space perfect for my preferences. Plus a friendly host! Will definitely go back!

Very accomodating

Our stay at the O Residence was amazing. The mall is very close by so you can buy groceries and make dinner at the Airbnb. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us to fit and the amenities such as the pool and gym were a great touch. René was extremely helpful and responsive. Next time I am flying through Bacolod, I will be staying here.

Bryner’s place is very clean and nice. Includes necessary toiletries, coffee and water, hairdryer, etc. Instructions on how to get there and get in are very straightforward. Honesty shelves were very helpful when we stayed because it rained during our stay so we didnt have to go down to buy snacks! Thank you Bryner!

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. Grace was very nice and helpful. She even got me a surprise cake. I really appreciate her since I told her it’s our (my partner and I) first time in Iloilo for my birthday and when I opened the fridge when I got in, I saw this cake and it tasted very good! Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

Great stay, close to lagoon, easy check in and quick response from host

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

We stayed there with my family of 6 and it is spacious, clean and very accommodating host. The check in instructions is clear and easy to understand. They even turn on the AC beforehand so the room will be cold once we arrive. They also have complimentary snacks and coffee to enjoy. The room is squeaky clean and smells like a luxury hotel upon arrival. They also have all the equipments we need like washing machine, dry iron and hair blower. It also has a great view of the swimming pool.
