Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Discreetly sited, yet encapsulating views of the World Heritage Site. Close to all Bodmin Moor attractions, yet also not far from Looe, Polperro, Tintagel, Padstow or the Eden Project.

The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Mitchell's Cottage is a beautifully appointed, cosy retreat, that is perfectly suited for family's. The cottage is surrounded by fields and country side, with a peaceful river that runs less than 100 yards from the doorstep. We live next door to the cottage, and we are more than happy to help you make the most of your stay in any way possible. However, we are completely separated, and if you don’t need us, you won’t see us!
