Holiday rentals with a patio in Ilhabela

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

Bruno was a host who quickly communicated and resolved any difficulties. The bungalow matches the listing and has all the necessary amenities for a great stay.

I stayed with my family in Maria's place, we loved the apartment, which is super cozy, and the condominium is super nice. The beach that is super close. The experience was very worthwhile, we will definitely return with more time.

The stay was excellent! The apartment matches the photos, the location is also great, with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. I went with my dogs and the yard and laundry area are great. Victor is very flexible about schedules

The room was super clean and well arranged. Guilherme gave clear instructions for us to find the place easily, sent a video on how to get there, and responds quickly. I felt at home!Comfortable and pleasant place, I even ended up extending the trip because I had several cold days but the house served me perfectly. The pool is very cold, I believe that due to the time of year, we ended up not using it, but throughout our stay it was constantly cleaned. I had a puppy who was also very well treated and loved the house! I hope to return again ❤️

Anderson was extremely supportive and flexible when at check-in and check-out, the house was impeccable, well-equipped and smelly! The place is very calm, pleasant with sounds of nature and the best beaches and sights very close, very tasty! I recommend it.

A very nice house in a wonderful location. Above all, the view when you are having breakfast on the balcony is wonderful. The beach is very easy to reach on foot. The only disadvantage is that it only has one bathroom, which can lead to problems, especially with 6 people in the house.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

First, I have to recognize that Luciana is sensational! He responded to all messages promptly and answered two requests without any difficulty. The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

I really liked the apartment, very nice view and everything very organized. Easy access to the center. Clear instructions on the property and condominium. Message service was quick tbm. I would recommend it!
