Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed - a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This did not bother me, but it may be a point of attention for those who have light sleep. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing - especially REVO, which is on the back street.

From the reception, to the boys in the parking lot, the housekeepers, and the host himself were amazing with us… people are aware of what it is to be 5 minutes of everything… Things I didn't read in other reviews Beach service (yes the ap offers sunshine guard, beach chairs and set up for you on the beach) Room service ( they wash your clothes and deliver clean the next day, clean the room you request) Manobrista - you leave the car they park and bring when you go out Has Swimming pool Rural Negative::: the elevator… if it is in Peak Hours get ready you will be 15 minutes waiting. Or go by staircase we were kkk almost dead by on the twentieth floor The ap is Bem! small, fit two people comfortably! Mais is unparalleled coziness! Really delicious. Climatized is all very clean with the smell of washing!I didn't even change bed linen (I always change because I'm disgusting) but it was so perfect! 3 pharmacies on the street (important info for those who got sick)

Mario's 16th floor home has an unobstructed 180 degree view of the beach and coastline, it is amazing and beautiful...!! I enjoyed all the space of the unit. The location is steps from the sand and close to two markets, many eateries and restaurants. You can take a short walk up the coast and see para-gliders from a beautiful vista point. It is a really wonderful place to stay.
