A brand new Studio, with a swimming pool and we are 250 meters from a beautiful Pereque-acu beach and with quick access to the center and the trendiest streets in the city ! the apartment is equipped with new furniture and utencilios at the entire disposal of the guests , and an ap that is on the roof with access on the same floor of the pool , serves a couple with all the amenities, the barbecue is on the balcony ,where it is for the exclusive use of the guests !
