T2, calme, lumineux et élégant. Au 1er ou deuxième étage d’une petite copropriété de 3 étages avec cour. Appartement entièrement refait à neuf. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pied de l’hôpital couple enfant (maternité), proche de la mairie de la Tronche et des commerces de proximité. Situé au pied de la Chartreuse avec de nombreux départ de randonnées et à dix minutes à pied des quais de Grenoble. L’hyper centre de Grenoble est à seulement deux arrêt de Tram ou 5 minutes en voiture.
