Located under the attic, this studio of 24 m2 on the ground, renovated in 2022, is on the second floor of a small building, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Composed of a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, an equipped living/kitchen room and a very small bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink) This accommodation, an 8-minute walk from the train station, is close to the city center, tram lines, shops, the Estacade market. It is accessed by a steep staircase of about fifteen steps.

We had some issues with check in, the wrong check in book was sent to us and it was missing the info that you had to walk to a neighboring house to pick up the key. Once we were in we were very happy. The house was easy to get around the city from, there was a market across the street, and a few great places to eat and buy bread. The apartment was roomy and very pretty!

Wonderful bright and cozy apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and there were also pleasant compliments from the hostess. Arrival was simple and fast with detailed instructions. 15 minutes walking to the city center. The apartment was very clean and everything like at the photos. Lana is a very responsive and understanding hostess. Thanks a lot 🙏

I chose this accommodation to take my exams at the LPO Mounier, which is barely a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. During my week-long stay, Ymen was very welcoming and discreet. I was able to be in a quiet place to work and enjoy the greenery of the Mistral Park, which is 1 minute away. I also enjoyed the many small shops in the neighborhood (grocery stores, catering, restaurant, pharmacy)
