Holiday rentals with beach access in Île-Tudy

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

dream stay at Thomas's. The apartment is superb,cozy,it feels good , well decorated, well-equipped. We would have gladly stayed there for more than two nights. the sea is at the foot of the large terrace and you don't get tired of the back and forth of the tides. In short, happiness and luck in addition to having nice and warm weather thomas's welcome booklet is a plus that can be helpful. That the lucky ones who can enjoy it do not hesitate, the rate charged is correct for the quality of the service.

Very nice house for a family weekend with children, and especially very well located, a few minutes from the beach on foot.

This is a fantastic house! Private, quiet, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The yard is beautiful and the heated pool is a delight. There are lots of things to do. We all had a great week there.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Gael's house, where we felt extremely comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, the reception very warm and especially the kitchen equipment exceptionally good for a vacation rental. The beds were super comfortable and the sea view from the bedrooms almost as beautiful as from the roof terrace, where we spent almost every evening. Gael was always available and helpful, no matter what it was about. We had a great recovery and will be back next year. Thank you again for everything and we are already looking forward to it!

The house has a lot of charm, is very pleasant to live in and very comfortable. The services it offers are of high quality. The living room is spacious. The main kitchen and bathroom are contemporary with all the modernity of today. The rooms are bright and tastefully decorated. The children's room has a play area to make them happy. It feels really good in this house. The garden was in bloom and very well maintained. The little extras of this beautiful traditional stone house in the region are the sauna and the jacuzzi. I really appreciated the thoughtful attention upon my arrival, such as the basket of local products, the orchid in the living room, all the sanitary and toilet products such as soap and others. There was absolutely nothing missing. Everything can be done on foot (shops, beach, restaurants, etc.). Had a lovely stay. I recommend this beautiful house without hesitation. Excellent weekend in Yohan's apartment. The view is superb, it was what I was looking for the weekend. Waking up to this view is a treat. You can easily access the city by following the beach, which makes the walk really pleasant. The apartment is very clean and well-decorated. I highly recommend it!!

The layout of the accommodation is very good and the view from the terrace (large and well furnished) is magnificent. Everything was great. Studio in a great location and quiet. With a view of Tristan Island and Douarnenez Bay, the GR34 coastal trail starts just in front of the studio's private parking. Shops nearby, between 5 and 10 minutes' walk. An ideal accommodation to discover part of Finistère.
