New Luxury apart Île saint louis

Giada's apartment was incredible. A large, beautifully remodeled and designed space in one of the oldest and best locations in Paris in the middle of Paris (literally) on the Isle St. Louis. Giada was delightful and very communicative-available for our entire stay and offered many tips. There is a coffee shop of the corner of her quiet street and around the corner a small market for everything you might need for your stay. An early morning walk along the Seine and just 5 minutes to Notre Dame was magical-just locals on the street before the tourists came out. We felt right at home and experienced a truly authentic escape to Paris during our time there. Magnefique!

This booking was exactly as described, very clean and spacious with wonderful facilities. It is perfectly situated with views of Notre Dame across the river and an easy walk to the Louvre and many good restaurants and cafes. Esther and Charles are very gracious hosts with lots of little personal touches left for us such as fresh fruit and wine. Would definitely book again if we return to Paris as it’s easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

This Airbnb is one of the most interesting and lively places I’ve stayed at. The room is filled with the host’s fascinating collections, and although I didn’t get to meet her, you can feel that she must be a very interesting person. The Airbnb is very close to the metro station, and it takes only 15 minutes to reach all the major attractions in the city. Right downstairs is a large Lidl supermarket, and within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, and there’s a beautiful balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast. It’s an ideal choice for both short and long stays. The room is on the top floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, it's something to keep in mind beforehand.

Winning location!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location in this price range. Despite being so central, the street was quite peaceful! The studio is compact as you’d expect and a window opens onto the courtyard which is shared and a bit rough as you often see with these old buildings. Stairs to apartment are tight but no problem to navigate and quite charming. It felt safe and secure (particularly as a solo traveller). Great to have washing machine and kitchen (not that I used the kitchen!). Space relatively clean, not spotless. Couch comfortable but linen and bedding has seen better days despite being clean. Hosts responsive and friendly and lots of information on the website to help tourists staying there. Loved my stay here despite these small issues, the location is really something special!
