The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Welcome to my lovely apartment! I live in a quiet apartment by the Erdre, very close to the city center and Talensac market. It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.

A wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed into a sparkling clean apartment, where a bottle of bubbles and some treats were waiting for us - a wonderful start to our stay. The contact with the host was personal and pleasant, everything went smoothly and with attention. The apartment itself has a luxurious look and a nice atmosphere in which you immediately feel at ease. The private and secure parking directly at the front door was really a plus. A place where care and hospitality are clearly evident - absolutely recommended!

The apartment located in the city center 2 steps from the train station, is beautifully decorated and equipped. Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

Host very attentive. The location and originality of this accommodation in the heart of Nantes is great. Finally, and this is normal, we are on a boat... the toilets are chemical... but the small problem is that it is a little unstable, as an installation. This will not prevent us from returning!
