Quiet accommodation 5 min walk from the port. The bedding is nice and the shutters do not let in any light. We recommend it!

Accommodation with a very good location, easy to access and in accordance with the description of the listing. The only negative point is a fairly strong cigarette smell in the studio.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

we had a great weekend with friends at Jean-Michel's place. Great house with a great garden and great outdoor space to eat a bbq. There are even games for the kids who loved it. I highly recommend this place.

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. Very well-equipped and perfectly clean, it is extremely well optimized for a studio. Its location is very convenient for enjoying Saint-Martin, its port, restaurants and shops on foot. We rode bikes every day and everything was suitable thanks to the bike room and the proximity of the trails. The plus: the beach is less than 15 minutes' walk away!

We had a great time at Patricia's place. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located, with a magnificent sea view. Direct access to the beach is a real plus. Patricia is a very attentive, responsive host and gives good advice for visits and activities in the area. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy good places and organize our outings easily. Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the ocean, and close to the beach shops (shops, bar, restaurant, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but which has everything you need when you go away for a few days of change of scenery.
