The apartment is really spacious, very clean and totally matches the photos ,even better😉 - Everything is modern ,tastefully decorated, everyone has found their place in this beautiful space - The two terraces are simply superb , with a preference for the incredible rooftop, without any vis-à-vis , and its comfortable jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola - Magical and quiet family view, just what we were looking for 😍 Very close to La Rochelle and many sites to visit that were recommended to us by our hosts - We had a great week with the kids , and will be back with pleasure if we are visiting this beautiful area 😊

Hervé is a very kind and friendly host, his daughter who welcomed us was also very smiling and welcoming. Idyllic environment, close enough to shops and the old port, easy to access. Bike available near the apartment. The apartment was perfect, very clean with everything you need. If we return to La Rochelle, it would be a pleasure to choose this Airbnb again! Recommended!

Amazing place, conveniently located on the island of Oleron. Very well equipped and spacious. Ideal for a family weekend getaway where everyone has their own space and privacy. Jennifer is a very pleasant, responsive host with great tips. We highly recommend it.

Well equipped house, spacious, large enclosed private garden was great for the dog and barbecues. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Arnaud and Franck were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

luxurious haven of peace in the heart of the island of Oléron allowing you to project yourself on the different sites in 15 20 minutes. The house is very well arranged and equipped. The decor is charming. Louise was responsive and flexible. Although nestled in a hamlet, the environment is very quiet. Bike path in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back.

Ideally located accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and the lighthouse. It's really nice to be able to walk along the dike, the place is relaxing and charming. A big thank you to Déborah, who was very nice, flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

We were very well received by Catherine. The market, 200m away, is very well open every day. Access to bike paths is hassle-free. The bike rental is a 10-minute walk. Very convenient parking. Lockable bike storage room. We enjoyed the bottle of local aperitif wine. Everything was perfect for our short stay.

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, a top-notch rental. looking forward to returning.

Stayed for 5 months whilst studying at the local university. Perfect for both long term or short term stay. Fully equipped, awesome view , easy and gorgeous walk to old port and university. Lovely beach and coastal walking track nearby. A perfect home away from home- and fabulous host who was super responsive and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

Great stay, very relaxing in this very well maintained and really very nice apartment. At the edge of the port and ideally located, we were able to make the most of our stay. We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.

Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, with all the necessary amenities available and located in a prime location! Right on the beach and within walking distance of the city center. As a guest during the summer months, however, take into account a lot of noise at night from singing and calling people walking past the domain towards their sleeping place. The swimming pool on the property is small and is only suitable for smaller children to play in or to refresh as an adult. But the beach and the sea poles at the backyard so if you want to take a refreshing dip or swim longer distances, you can go there.
